Seriously though, you have your character meet Xen sometime. Comedy gold. Cool concept by the way, I can totally seem him as a kind of...Kenshin or Trigun type.

Dude.... eek That guy SEEMS strong...but your threatening Genjutsu user's here... if they even get one move in...you're Mind raped... even Xen could beat that guy if learned the Next Genjutsu I'm planning on teaching him... his MHP is only like... 400. And by the way his wisdom mod is actually Minus 5... so I think you actually have... um... 200 MHP
Think you might wanna rethink his stats dude...
THEN I'd be completely terrified of him.

+ a max of 28 dmg/hit with this kilij....and ima boost it up even more once i start training shikaree how to use a kilij. But thats after genin exams mrgreen
ill train the wisdom up cause i needs more wis mod for kanashibari xd
cause my ultimate Anzan combo is:
Kanashibari -> hecatomb -> azure borealis
intimidated -> slept -> burned to death in a fire mind prison.

Oh it's like the glorious old days of oto. We should have an anniversary festival sometimes in november for when oto was truly born.
Oh also el, do you think you can take on the npc that ghost and I took on in the genin exam or do you need a smaller one?

Yes... but that doesn't change the fact one well placed Genjutsu by a slightly strong Genin could completely kill you... and you'd have about 50/50 chance of avoiding it... those aren't the kind of odds I'd prefer... I understand your level 40, you should be rather strong, but your Characters weakness against Genjutsu is more than just a tiny flaw, it's a giant gaping hole. Besides... I'm a level 8 Genin, your guys level forty, bragging about beating him's a little... stare ....well let's just say I'd wait till I was level 40, THEN see if you could win... which seeing as your weakness his Genjutsu... *Hint* Hint* But any way if your going to train it then I understand, he's very powerful. ( eek Hey wait....you've got three above Jounin Ninja... and only 300 more posts than I do...how...how does that work?!! )
