There is a $200 cap. Gaia also has a cap for first time purchasers to try to stop fraudulent purchases.

Oooh, didn't know that Gaia had a cap on 1st timers.
But yeah, I'm trying to get another DT for my Minis quest and I need more pure for it; and those bags are teh awesome for making up the extra change <3

I believe it is if the ebay account is new to the Gaia account. Like if you use a pre-existing account it is fine.
