Lacuna happily returned the kiss, caressing his cheek gently as she did so. "Ryu, you make me so happy..", she said looking into his deep eyes.

Ryuji smiled, looking down into her crystal blue eyes, using a hand to stroke her cheek softly, his other arm tightly around her. I'm glad I do, you make me very happy too, which I normally wouldn't like at all, he said with a laugh.

"Why is that?", she asked with a tone of concern. "You always seem as if you think you don't deserve happiness or something." Lacuna hugged Ryu's arm around her and looked to the sky as she spoke, allowing Ryu's own words to comfort her.

No, I don't think like that. I know I deserve happiness, but I usually don't like being happy... Ryuji said, his arms tightly around her still, his chin resting on her cheek. Maybe it's just the fact that I take after my father, I don't know, he doesn't seem to charish happiness... but I'm starting to, that's for sure, he said, giving her a tight squeeze.

Lacuna closed her eyes and sighed happily. "Is there anything else you wanted to ask love?" Lacuna tucked the hair in her face behind her ear and kept her eyes closed, using Ryu as a blanket of warmth she smiled.
