"Oh yes. It has been handed down in the Magnius family for ages. Quite old, quite one of a kind." he said. He lifted the sword to it's full height beside him, leaning on it slightly. The wood glinted softly in the lights of the elevator, obviously highly polished. The bottom of the sheath was covered in a gold casing, with symbols etched into it. The part of the sheath where the blade slid in also had gold covering it, as did the bottom of the handle of the blade itself. Then the handguards were made of gold, and seemed to have a nick or two in them, evidence of a rich history.

"It is a beauty," Alexis whispered softly, staring at the sword. She nodded.
"Deffinately one of a kind,"
Ali too admired the sword silently.
"Is it your only weapon or are you a master at something else as well?"

"Ah. I only use Fafenir. As I told Ali, I am capable of defending myself without a weapon as well." he said. He listened to the elevator hit a catch and ther doors slid open slowly. He motioned for Ali to get out first, and followed behind her towards the exit of the lobby.

Ali walked out of the elevator, still silent.
Alexis laughed.
"Everyone can fight with their hands and legs. Well, except that brunette upstairs," she said, her eyes turning cold for a moment. She then shook her head.
"Say James, how about letting me down?"

"But of course my dear. You needed only ask." he said, waiting for the elevator door to shut. As it did, he smiled softly and gently lowered Alexis off his shoulder and onto the floor. He put his hand on her back and patted her forward, following Ali to the door. He kept his hand on Fafenir tightly, almost as if expecting her to turn and run to the elevator.

Alexis rolled her eyes.
"No need to push, I'm going, I'm going," she said, walking towards where Ali was holding the door open. She walked outside, past her sister without saying anything.
Ali sighed, waiting for James to exit as well.

Miko jogged through the halls, her black hair was tied up in a tight bun and her normally loose skirt and orange tee shirt was replaced by sweat pants and a tee-shirt. She was going to go outside for a bit and take a walk. Suddenly, something caught her eye. She glanced over to it, contiuing with her jog, when she slammed into something, or someone. Her tiny body smashed against the ground. She fell onto her back, but soon sat up, rubbing her back and squinting her slitted eyes. She glanced up to the boy who had turned around and was looking for the source of the accident. She blushed at her own foolish-ness and quickly stood up. (Taqune ^.^)

Taqune barly moved as the person bumped into the back of him.He wasn't realy keen on the sudden intruption but hey why not make another friend."Excuse me miss?"Taqune's ears twitched as he smiled to her holding his hand out to help her up.His body was covered in a thin layer of fur that was a tanish-yellow color his eyes were deep and his smile wide.
"Sorry we should really have moved form the stairwell."

There was a slight grin forming on the figure's face as he approached. "Be silent and just attempt to stop me as I tear your throat out." the fingers of his metal hand twitched as the hand closed slowly, the metal pointed, almost as if in the shape of claws. The creature's sharpened teeth gleamed, in a way, by the light within the room. "I will most certainly enjoy this." he walked toward the door, arm raised and eyes set on Ekail in a predatory manner. "Well?" he raised both of his arms up, they began to shake quickly. "I see no reason to delay this any further." both arms quickly swung down, a quick blast of black, electric current went through his body and struck along the floor and the wall next to him, singing and cutting it apart with a brilliant dark white flash.

Ekail grimaced slightly, watching the lightning spark from the man's hands. He shyed away from it slightly, and in his mind he knew this would not be pretty. He had no weapon as his knife was laying on his bed, out of reach and if he was struck by that lightning, he would have no defense at all against the man. He shook his head and the thoughts disappeared from his mind. He would protect Kayla, that was all he could do. Almost in a slow motioned, Ekail raised his right hand up to his face. His skin from his fingertips down to his wrist seemed to redden, until it simply melted into blood. His hand was now made completely out of blood, and he gave it an experimental flex. It slowly began to enlongate into a razor-sharp point, forming a spike on his hand.
Ekail smirked slightly and said "Nor do I." as he lunged at the man, spike first. The spike seemed to shoot forward, even as Ekail did so that it was now actually long enough to reach the man without Ekail ever moving, but he still did, attempting to impale the man completely.
Downstairs in the lobby, Shien staggered through the doors. He was leaning against Deirdra, blood soaking his coat thickly. He staggered in the doorway slightly, but pressed on with Deirdra. He had to be strong and make it through this, for her sake atleast. He quietly grimaced as he tripped on the carpeting a bit, having to grab onto a chair to keep him and Deirdra from falling to the ground.

Kayla screamed from inside the bathroom. What made it even worse was that she didn't know what was going on. She couldn't really see what was happening. All she could hear was this sudden thump of something crashing into the floor and the wall.
She didn't move. She just stood frozen on the spot, her mind screaming for her to do something.

Deirdra held onto him tightly when he was about to fall down. She just kept her eye on him while they went together through the lobby and one towards the elevators. She pulled him towards her slowly through the doors and pressed the button to their floor, then when it dinged open the doors, she started to slowly walk down the hallway to where their room was located.
She made it to their door with him in her arm and wing, pulling out her key with her other hand. She slipped it through the door and opened it up quickly, while still holding onto him and helped him get through the door and into the room. After she closed the door behind her, she led him towards his bed which was closest to the door, placing him in it carefully and softly so he won't hurt himself anymore by just flopping down on it.
Her eyes looked down on him and she put a hand on his shoulder. "Now, we need to tend those wounds...."

Shien nodded slightly and carefully shrugged out of his coat, hissing in pain when the coat landed on his broken wing. He gripped his chest a bit and sighed, the pain there returning a bit. His arms and face were covered in small to medium sized cuts and gashes, and a few previously wrapped wounds had opened and were bleeding. A cut on his forehead was bleeding as well, and there were several tears in his shirt and pants from wounds.
"The kit..It's on the nightstand..Should be some scissors around too.." he mumbled. He gripped his chest once more, a fit of coughing erupting from him as he did. "Argh.." he groaned, blood slowly flowing from his nose and forehead. His chest looked a bit dented, even through the shirt, and the wounds near his chest and on it were heavily bruised from the explosion that caught him. He grimaced a bit and then leaned back so Deirdra could pull off his shirt if she needed to.

Deirdra watched him and looked over all of his wounds. She winced a little as she looked at how damaged he was. When Shien told her where the kit was, she quickly went to the nightstand and grabbed it and the pair of scissors that was around it too. When she came back she saw him leaning down on the bed. She nodded her head and a small sigh escaped from her lips.
She opened up the kit and found all of the usual supplies. First she looked at him and decided that it would be needed to take off his shirt. So, she took ahold of it from the ends and pulled it upwards very gently, and over his arms and head. She tossed it over to the side on the floor inbetween their beds somewhere. Then, her eyes seemed to widen a little as she saw more bruises and cuts on his skin. It was terrible.
Deirdra took a wet cloth that was provided and cleaned off some of the wounds free of flowing blood or dried blood that was around them, so that they would be remotely clean enough to tend to them.
She knew that it would all have to be dissinfected. And that, would be painful. Deirdra took a small bottle that was provided and held a dissinfectant liquid. A few swabs of cotton balls was in her hand as well. So, she poured a little bit of the liquid into her hand with the cotton balls, and she moved her hand forward towards one of his cuts along his cheek.
"Okay, this might sting a little..." She kissed him on the forehead softly before she put the cotton ball with the disinfectant on his wound, slowly going back and forth on it, cleaning it out. After she pulled away the cotton ball and did that, she started to softly blow on it, so it wouldnt be too painful for him.
