-sigh- Well, I got no part in the play, and I was hoping for atleast a minor role...
All my friends got parts...
And Lana said something last night about me not having a good singing voice....
So, yeah... She was right, I didn't want to believe her, but she's right, obviously.
-sigh- I'm going to go back to crying and sleeping.

If you have a bad singing voice just learn to play an instrument. Or if you can't give up singing, join a rock band and just scream until your throat is raw - and people will love it.

I've never gotten into a musical before. I've never gotten into a school play before. I only got into plays in art centers where you had to pay to be in the play. So cheer up. And no emoing. Emoing is very unflattering.

Cheer up though Moocat. Honestly, I bet you could be in any play if you wanted to. Singing just might not be your strong point. 3nodding So a musical also wouldn't be your strong point. Doesn't make you a failure, or a bad actress. Just means that it was the strong point of others, and so they were given the roles. I'm sure another play will come around that you will succeed in. ^^

-sigh- I thought singing /was/ my strong point...
The director said I had 'no presense on stage'...
But this was my final year at middle school, I'll have to try in the Highschool... And there are /much/ better actors and actresses there... I have no hope then...

Moo. If you come here just to post how miserable your life is and expect us to just jump and say it's not please don't. It seems the only stuff you post here is you being miserable and can I just say- I don't come here to listen to middle schooler drama.

So it's not my problem at all. I have a freedom to post. And if you don't like it, then kick me out. I really don't give a s**t.

THATS ENOUGH.
Im tired of the bickering between you two. Everytime you guys post at the same time, you're at each other's throats. Give it a rest already. We dont need more drama than we already have..

BakaTulip Seralunarin BakaTulip I was just in the Mercantile a few minutes ago looking for a birthday present for my friend. That is a kickass store. Most of Noho is kickass it seems. Yeah.... its been an adventure living here. And since im still fairly new to the area i keep on finding out about new things and reapeating, "wow, thats cool." Have you been in pride and joy? I know the people who used to own it. I went twice, I haven't bought anything yet. sad Akurei, someday you must come here.. it's like the Lesbian Mecca (quoting the Advocate) Not to drag up posts from two pages back, but... It sounds frickin' awesome there. >.> I hate the South.

A good thing for you to do moo, would be to go to your director type and ask him/her what they meant by stage presence and how you could work on it.
I did that tons of times with sports when I was actually able to do them in HS before my cysts started going berzerk, and most of the time your coach-type will be extremely supportive - plus if they aren't it's not like you have to care about what they think ever again :p
Also, I've gotta laugh at the south hating because the Midwest is just as bad :p
As for arguments. I don't know about here, but this is relatively mild. You've not seen followers of Leon Trotsky denounce *everybody* as Stalinist (which to most Marxists, that's hitting way below the belt - unless you're freaky) and then the head tearing and teeth gnashing begins - and we're supposed to be comrades lol.

Is the midwest really as bad as the south? One of my top choice colleges is there but i don't know anything about the midwest. Jeesh, if its really that bad that sucks.
