*His movements catch her eyes but she keeps her gaze averted and replies softly.*
"The night, the moon, the stars... The loving embrace that darkness promises to me. It's as if it calls to me, completes me... I can feel as it wanes and waxes, I need no watch to tell me when dawn approaches... I can feel the press of the light as my tranquil sanctuary of shadows slips away..."

*his eyes watch her carefully as she stares out at the night. A smile lights up his face as his eyes softly and look about the room then back to her.*
"I know what you mean... for it calls to me as well. I've lived in darkness most of my life, only to be brought into the light where I dislike it. The sun is too hot and relentless while the night is cool and forgiving... this is the reason why I like the night. It would shelter me and hold me in it's dark embrace while the light would shun me."
*The smile fades only a little as his eyes focus on the starry night, feeling the cool breeze come in from outside.*
"That I always did enjoy shadow magic, but haven't had much time to study lately... I've put all my concentration on strengthening my own life force so my spells would become more powerful and perhaps one day I can make a ressurection without bringing myself to near death each time."
*The last part he muttered with a soft chuckle, not one of humor but one more of nervousness. A chuckle born of one too many close calls.*

*pokes his head in and looks around, wondering if anyone is still here today. Either way he paws in and goes over to the couch and curls up in a ball and stretches very cat like and yawns*

Rustling around in her plushie pile, Mai giggles and peeks out at the person who had entered. Blinking in surprise, the small vampiress dashed out of the pile, sending plushies flying as she pounced the man.
"Don-kun!!!"

((I didn't mean that either of you were flaming them... I just saw it heading in that direction. And yes I got the impression they were seeking attention too, bust in future just ignore them if they bother you okies?
Tutsumi and Angelic Knight, If you don't get a response please don't mope or get all dramatic, not everyone responds right away or is on at the same time due to time zone differences. In future just interact with those you get along with and check back for responses instead of whining.
