effect: Fujin uses his wind natured chakra to make a small but powerful tornado around his fist. When made contact, the opponet will go flying off in a spiral motion.

Not approved. Too much like Rasengan in nature and element.

Chakra points: 8
Effect: Tasubi uses his lighting and swift hand movement to his metal gloves and metal shards to put the enemy in some what of a cacoon hold an open to attacks. Can't lift it of the ground like the sand. Not as effective, and quick as sand coffin, so can be avoided pretty easily.

Effect: Once the person is in the Magnetic hold he can crush the person in it but not much. Since he can only magnetize the shards and not completely control them. Not as powerful as sand burial.

Both approved, but keep in mind since the metal comes in contact with the opponent just like the sand does, you must be able to catch your opponent so if they are naturally faster than you, your metal will never touch them. Also, if they counter your metal with a jutsu and their NP is higher, their jutsu overpowers the electricity within the metal.

Toxic Essence Infusion

Using chakra, the user of the jutsu can infuse a specific poison into a person's bloodstream. During a long and somewhat complex process of infusing the poison and trace amounts of antidote into the target's body, their body becomes genetically altered to be immune to that particular poison. In addition, the body of the target begins to naturally replicate the poison as if it were the target's own cells. Note: the maximum number of different poisons this jutsu can safely infuse into someone is two. Any more, and the poisons may combine into something much worse and kill the target very painfully.

Okay for the first one, you must make the poison first then by using chakra and physically touching the opponent, then only can you administer the poison. As for the second jutsu, not approved because there is already a jutsu like that, Doku Kiri.

effect: Fay plays her flute and all that hear the song become trapped in this genjutsu (if her int is high enough). This gejutsu makes the opponent appear to be deep within a forest (if they are not already in one). The roots will come up from under them and wrap around there legs while tree branches come from above wrapping around there arms. The roots and branches will then pull in different directions stretching out the opponents limbs to the point of ripping apart. This jutsu tries to put the opponent in so much pain they will pass out.

Keep in mind that in no way will you be able to interact with the roots because then it'd be too much like Jibaku Satsu. Anyway approved. Oh and if I may make a suggestion that if you plan on entering any Chuunin Exams, I suggest start making more D rank jutsu because there will be a set limit on how many C ranks a Genin will be able to use.

The roots are not real this is genjutsu everything is an illusion and i thought it was to strong to be a D rank so i put it as C

Yes I know it is, I am just saying that if you were to become part of the roots you would only do so like when Kurenai became part of the tree. But it is approved so don't worry about it.

Follow-up jutsu for Black Wind Rising. The black mist coming from the urn begins to suffuse the area, surrounding Karu and his opponent with the mist. The mist, which he refers to as the Black Wind, is uniquely receptive to his chakra; he can control it absolutely, condensing and dispelling it as he pleases. The Black Wind is not toxic, but as long as it remains out, the target can hear a distinct 'howling' noise that sounds like many people moaning r wailing in pain. In addition, the presence of the Wind creates a definite chill to the air, not nearly enough to freeze anything, but more than enough to make most opponents shiver. Because of the thickness of the mist, it is difficult to see through without a powerful Doujutsu. This can often be used in conjunction with Karu's Psychic Web to give him an idea of where his opponent is, as Karu cannot see through the Black Wind either. It's not a genjutsu, so it can't be dispelled with a Kai. However, should one smash the urn the Wind is coming from, the mist will stop being produced and will dissipate.
