Cautiously does Itzuki slink into the party, eyes scanning the room for a familiar face. But to his dissapointment he finds none and finds a corner to stand in after grabbing a soda. He heard about the party, and upon the insistance of his owner, had attended. Apparently against his better judgement. But hey, so far he hadn't made a dork out of himself, and there was no 'foolish wand waving' yet, so he was happy. Kind of.

*rainy twirls her fingers around her rose leaf and her hat becomes a witches hat* oi..*she stands up and taps her dress ribbon and her clothes turn into Ravenclaw garb including scarf, there is a little wand poking out of her pocket* Now back to the new book...

Mikey grinned as he opened the door to the fallen star. As he walked in the room he looked around and noticed all the people dressed up for the occasion, he felt a bit foolish as he was just wearing his normal clothes, but he wasn't all that into the Harry Potter thing anyway. He walked over and slunk down onto one of the couches in a far corner of the room.

The Bean-bearing alaric arrived at the bar just in time to see Moth's cape flare dramatically. Now that's style.. he thought approvingly. He chose a stool next to moth and smiled as He held out a hand. "'Allo to you, Mr. Tall Dark and Dramatic!"

Upon entering the room, Akira promptly squealed like a fangirl.
"Oooooh this is so cool!" she giggled, departing from Mikey to look around at the lovely decor.

Looking around, Erordia made a face then moved away to the DJ stand to request some music. It was nice to see some more faces...but there needed to be some action. She requested something fast-paced and wordless. She also asked for the blacklights to be turned on.
As soon as the music started, Erordia, Tempest, and Diviana moved to the dance floor. They weren't concerned with whether or not anyone else would join; they were simply out to have fun.

Powell headed over to the buffet to see what was being offered. Not seeing anything that interested him for the moment, he moved to the bar to get a soda
Akki peeked up from her book. Noticing 'Ric over at the bar talking to a new guy, she grinned to herself. Too flashy, but maybe he's Ric's type

*Piper came into the party all smiles and clutching the new book she hadnt read completely. She sported a new green bracelet and fake cosplay glasses. Her eyes glowed with happiness as she joined the festivities.*
*Luel slunk in after Piper. He was not really a party person and felt like a third wheel. He hadnt had a choice in coming as Piper demanded he drive her there or else and he really didnt want to risk pissing her off again.*

Taking a sip of his butterbeer, Moth turned his gaze towards this person who suddenly sat next to him, realizing he was talking to him. He smirked, "Hi, Mr. Jelly Bean Toting Sir. Are those the every flavored beans from the books?" He eyed the various colored beans with interest.

Rohan and Maire talked quietly between themselves as their compainions danced about. When Marie glanced toward the door, a faint blush came to her cheeks as she watched the guy from the coffeehouse walk it. Because of the dim lighting, Rohan didn't notice and Marie was thankful.

Moth chuckled softly. "Surprise and danger in every bite. I think this is right up my alley!" Reaching into the bowl he pulled out a bright green colored been, inspecting it carefully before popping it into his mouth, lips puckering a second later. "Nnh! Crab apple!"
