Sol's teasing smile promptly vanished at this news. For once in his life, the solar drake was completely solomn. He was absolutely silent for a few moments before he reached down and gently tugged the pan from Harmony's hands. With that done, he slipped forward and wrapped his arms around her, as if willing his strength into her. He said nothing, as he had never been that good with words. He merely offered her a shoulder to cry on if she wished it. Even if she didn't wish it, Sol wanted her to see that someone out there beyond her family cared.

Harmony didn't hesitate but take the offer, her eyes changing from pale pink to solid blue as she sobbed silently into his shoulder. She clung tightly to his shirt feeling helpless for the first time. "I don't want Aunt Dawn to die..." She said softly. "I want her to live... I wish there was something we could do for her..."

While everything was going on outside the room, Dawn slowly slipped into coma like state. Though she still held her child in a loving, mother way. But now, she would not respond to anything.

Sol stroked the back of Harmony's head, his other arm wrapped tightly around her shoulders. He always felt helpless when girls sobbed, something that it seemed most males in Alma's brood had to deal with quite often. He only wished that there was something he could do to help Harmony. While the two were only friends at the moment, there was something that seemed to happen to him while he was around her. A sort of warmth he felt in his heart. Deciding that the best thing he could do at the moment was encourage her, he tilted his head a little to the right to murmur into her ear. "Maybe there is, and we just don't know it yet." he crooned softly, still stroking down the long braid along her back.
Kaiden, who was still in the living room, listened helplessly to the story as he leaned back against the wall beside the door. Dawn...would die? The very thought made him suddenly feel empty. No...she couldn't die. She had Serena May to live for now. The gods wouldn't let her die. She'd deny everyone of the love that she could offer. He clenched his hands into gentle fists, staring down at the floor. Yes...she'd be okay...right?

A strang half light half dark drake walks into the fields. one side of him is while and the other side black oone eye whtie and normal the other black and demonic. even his tail is half and half it being hard to tell if he is good or not.

Serena May woke up hungry and began to cry, at first softly, sensing her mother was near, but then found her mother not waking, so her cries became louder and louder, until they were heard in the kitchen.
Harmony looked up and turned her head to the crying. Why hadn't Dawn taken care of Serena May yet? Why was the baby still crying? She thought, her eyes changing colors worriedly. Pushing gently away, Harmony quickly went to Dawn's room and opened the door. "Aunt Dawn? Aunt Dawn, wake up, Serena needs you." She took hold of her aunt and started to shake her shoulders. "Aunt Dawn?! Aunt Dawn! AUNT DAWN!!" She cried over and over, still shaking her, but Dawn wouldn't wake up. "Oh goddess..." She said tears falling down her eyes puting a hand over her mouth.

Kaiden heard the cries before Harmony, and had glanced towards the door. Hesitating only a moment, he had slipped inside just as the other female drake had come from the kitchen. He had been approaching the bed, but Harmony was suddenly there before him, shaking Dawn's shoulders. Wait, why wasn't his mate waking up? It felt as if a cold hand encircled his heart and gave it a squeeze. No. He was instantly by Dawn's side, grabbing her wrist and feeling for a pulse. "Dawn?" he whispered, tone suddenly wounded.
Sol had slipped in behind Harmony, but remained frozen at the door as she began to shake Dawn's shoulders. His heart felt as if it broke for the younger female, but once again he felt helpless. Gods, no. he thought, unknowingly finishing Kaiden's thoughts as he moved towards Harmony and gently took a hold of her shoulders, trying to turn her away from Dawn.

"No! NO!" Harmony cried. "DAWN!!!" She sobbed, she tried to fight Sol's attempts to turn her but soon gave in. She turned into him and began to pound his chest sobbing.
Serena May still continued to cry, hungry and wanting to be held.

Kaiden dropped Dawn's wrist, feeling absolutely numb. He opened his mouth and closed it again several times, looking very much like a fish, but couldn't think of anything to say. Tears didn't reach his eyes. He merely felt absolutely numb. He let out a long breath that he didn't know he had been holding and resisted the urge to collapse on the floor. Instead, he looked towards Serena May with empty eyes, every shimmer in his skin seeming to have vanished. She needed him now. He reached over and gently took her from Dawn's arms, beginning to rock her back and forth. "Shh...it's okay." he whispered, not knowing what the baby needed.
Sol, meanwhile, merely rubbed her back as she pounded his chest with her fists. Let her take it out on you. he thought, lowering his head so that he placed his chin on the top of her head. Besides, it didn't exactly hurt him, and he knew that she needed someone to take out her anger on. As Sol really had never said a word to Dawn, he didn't feel personally affected by this. He only hurt for Harmony, for Kaiden, for Serena May, and for the rest of Dawn's family.

Serena May's cry became a whimper, until there was a sound of her stomach growling. Though she continued to whimper again.
Harmony stopped beating on Sol and just sobbed helplessly on him. Never feeling so helpless before.
Suddenly two orbs came into the room by the window that was over the bed. They flew around everyone in there a few times, one even allowed Serena May to touch it before they drifted over to where Dawn laid. One sunk into her mind, the other into her chest over her heart. In doing so caused her body to glow. When the glow faded, there remained the gentle shimmer back in her skin but more brighter and healthier, her hair was bright as well. Her cheeks became rosy as she smiled softly.

Hearing Serena May's stomach growing, he glanced up at Dawn. How was he supposed to feed her? He didn't have any sort of formula, regular milk wouldn't work...perhaps he could convince his cousin to feed her some. She had just had two babies after all. Perhaps - wait. As the orbs flew around the rooms, he furrowed his brow some. What was...going on? He tilted his head some to the right, studying them even as they faded into Dawn. "...Dawn?" he whispered softly.
Sol had been lightly rubbing Harmony's back, going so far as to plant a gentle kiss on the top of her head, before the orbs soared around the room. "Hey...look..." he whispered, his eyes darting around to follow them. He gazed at Dawn as she seemed to come alive again, resting his chin gently on the top of Harmony's head again without thinking.

Harmony turned her head and noticed that Dawn's coloring looked normal, but she knew better than to put false hope in the others. Though she herself was hoping as well.
Dawn let out a soft groan and yawned. Slowly she opened her eyes and saw everyone around her. "Er... sorry... did I fall asleep again?" She asked wondering why there were sad faces. She felt better... Better than she had before.

Dassan landed in the fields and sat in the cool grass. His mind was numb as he lookes around at the fireflies and at the star studded sky. 'to think.. I once wanted to destory the life this place held... To rip it all apart and leave nothing like I had long ago... ' he though sighing. 'What a foolish slave to the darkness I was...'

Adele soon trudged through the fields, her hands resting on her hips as she did so. She looked tired, maybe even a bit shell-shocked, as she walked through the grass. It hadn't been easy, but Catriona had suggested that Adele take a walk to get a bit of fresh air, and upon seeing the look of pleading on her sister's face, Adele knew that she couldn't resist. She tilted her head back with a little sigh, staring up at the slowly passing clouds. Just five more minutes...she'll be gone then, and I can head back. she thought wearily, lightly biting her bottom lip as she did so.

Dassan's snakelike nose twitched as he picked up Adele's scent. 'she's here..' He thought to himself. He slowly stood up and dusted himself off. 'Hopefully she dosen't run this time..' he tokk a few steps slowly in her direction just so she could see him then stopped, "Adele..."
