Kyubi no Youko I just read Naruto Manga 261! spoiler alert!They haven't killed off Gaara yet. So I don't know if he's really gonna die.
Anyways the Kakashi and the old lady figured out real quickly that the akatsuki group were trying to delay and find out information about them.
The old lady revealed more information about the human sacrifices and what would happened to Gaara if his demon was removed from him.
eek oh no Gaara's soul is being pulled out of his body! He's looking at himself and close to death. He's talking to his empty body too....not a good sign I sure hope Naruto/Sakura could save him somehow even if he no longer had the demon inside of him.
It ended just when team Gai reached the front doors of the akatsuki's hideout.

as much as i hate to admit it, i think gaara is dead. the old lady said the humans die after the demons are extracted from them, and the head honcho said it was over. gai & co did get there already, but it's not like they can stop the ritual. it might mean they'll have to get through at least half of the akatsuki just to get to gaara, and they already had trouble with kisame's sacrifice.

The_Last_PlainsWalker I GETTING TIRED OF WAITING!!!! They should double their writing and drawling staff over there or something, because a week is just too long!!!!! It always feels like more than a week and that the chapters are getting shorter and shorter. In other news, bittorent has started working on my computer and I've been uploading the anime. I love it. Still prefer the manga, but it's great to see the story with actual voices and moving pictures. rolleyes

chapter 262 was way too short.
Kismoto making me crazy. I also think he's going to draw out the whole scene as long as possible...sort of like a climatic end or something.
Anyways i believe that after chapter 263 runss out there will definintly be a turning point in Naruto. surprised

Ya'know how they did this whole big thing with Chouji and Neji, like, making it all dramatic and such like they were gonna die, but didn't actually end up dying. Well I think they might really kill off Gaara. I mean, they did say he'd die without the demon inside of him, and they also said the process was complete. I think they might actually kill off his character.

;is in love with the ninja smileys; ninja I can understand why Gaara would end up dying. crying As much as it saddens me, it'd be a major push for Naruto to go nuts on the Akatsuki. Plus, I'm a twisted person and love angst to death. sweatdrop
Anyway, in other news: I love Kakashi's speech about why Naruto cares about Gaara so much. Wonderfully said! 3nodding ninja

BTW, does anyone know of any site or such which the full versions of the newest Intro and Outro songs can be found? I know Naruto-fan and such don't have them so it's probably impossible at the moment, but alwell, wish-full thinking can't hurt...

OMG OMG! i read it. Chapter 263 and things are getting exciting again. The Akatsuki have Naruto on their radar alert site. He's right in front of the Akatsuki's gang.
Naruto and Co. have gone through the gate with the five seals and Naruto discovered Gaara on the floor. He's really mad when he sees this and he becoming all kyubi all of a sudden.
And Sasori is like going "Heh heh heh" so another Junkirin is here..
Who knows what will happen next? Anyways i expect some big action soon at this confrontation of Naruto and Akatsuki. xd whee whee whee blaugh
I hope i won't be disappointed neutral

Fire Wraith Camui Just read Chapter 299 and saw Episode 99. Personally, i like this change in Sasuke. XDD *whites out just to be safe* His determination to destroy his friendship with Naruto (or, at least, that's what i'm getting out of this) to kill him personally just to kill Itachi is just so.. twisted. And Naruto is so determined to make sure Sasuke returns to who he was before he was reminded of his brother and his strive... before his jealousy took over... it's just.. wow. I didn't think Sasuke would ram his hand through Naruto's chest.. but, it wasn't a surprise when Kyuubi-chan healed our dear fox ninja. Still... *removes white out* this whole rivalry battle... it's just keeping me on the edge of my seat; Chapter 300 is not coming out fast enough!!! Anyway.. for those who have read it, what is your personal speculation (reasonable ones. XD) on what might happen? It seems this could fly in any direction... and, i certainly hope Chouji and Neji haven't died. They've only begun to discover their own inner power, ne? ((And, Ryuken! oo it's still in theatres. It's only the second week.)) sasuke can only get the mangekyo by killing his best friend. I think that maybe thats what went wrong with Itachi. I think those eyes turn them evil. and thats why they had the info about them hidden in that place. 3nodding not evil, just insane
