The cloaked figure already moved in as seth had bowed,His feet not showng as his body swiftly came towards the bowing seth.His speed was incredible,like he had thrusters on his feet.He was using the Water in the oxygen around them and concentrated Highly pressured gases to propel him forward at such a quick rate.He halted about five feet from seth,as The cloak Would spread out quickly for a spilt second as a Dark hand would slide out from its covers,Covered in blood and quite big for a hand,Since it had claws blended like the colour of the dark skin.It looked like a beast's hand,It would reach out to seth,The figure would then spin in a clockwise fashion,Creating a back handed slap at seth's cheek.

Edit:[His hand is like a shadowy whip,Its about Seven feet long also,It can also becoming bigger and smaller depending on the amount of chakra used in that arm.

The akatsuki figure would slide to his right as the pillar would shift towards him,Only making his cloak sway in the passing motion.
With that the figure would skid around the arena momentarily before focusing in on seth's body movements and heartbeats,if not only the stronger vibrations in the arena.He would come to an stop as he finished his movement around the arena,Only to stand there,Bulging from his cloak to what looked like two hands,creating handseals.

"Ox"

His hands would make a seal to which looked like oxen horns.His feet shifting apart on an angle.

"Rat"

His hands would fold together as his index fingers' moved into an "X" formation.

With that he would finish up,Only to place his hands to his sides as a tiny swirling sound would come from under the figure's akatsuki cloak.

"It's only the first part my boy...Only the first part"

The masked figure would say before laughing as his cloak would raise,Only for a second before a powerful blast of wind shot through the pillar that was behind him.Cracking the pillar directly in half,Only to disenergrate by the wind blast's strength.The high wind would then materialize into a sleek blue blade that swung back under the figure's cloak.It looked that of a long sword,except much thinner,and very straight edged.

"Next time....think of a better way to attack"

The figure would bellow as He would Jump upwards,over seth,Then the dark hand would sreep up out of the cloak as it flapped in mid-flight,holding the blue sword and would stretch out towards where seth was.

The blade would be stabbed into the ground,Then using the previous hand seals he had saved up before,The blade would create a gravitational disruption,Breaking the ground underneath the mid air akatsuki figure.Hoping to cut seth in all directions.

As Shilon sits in the stands, mindlessly watching the contestants come and go, he spots a familiar face- fighting. "Interesting..." Shilon lays back and closes his eyes, drifting to sleep. Perhaps they would talk after the 'spar'.

Seth continued to fall downward towards the ground. He focused and another updraft pushed Seth up in the air again. As he was falling and 'pushing himself' up into the air. He watched the akatsuki avoid the attacks easly. When the lighting stoped focusing on akatsuki and it just strike the ground randomly. The last lighting strike almost hits Seth. That was close. Seth heared the akatsuki boom his next attack. He saw that the akatsuki sends himself up into the air with his cloak flying off. He saw that the person was the top fighter at the fighters tavern. Shocked that he is fighting this person Seth quickly focused and made another updraft. Pushes Seth up and may help akatsuki also. Seth than focused and than yelled out. "Blades of wind." Seth rought back both his fists and shot them foward. Wind forms between both Seth and akatsuki and shot foward. If this works it will pushes akatsuki back.
