Harls The following happened while Nighty, two of our other friends, and I were waiting in line for Batman Begins (which, by the way is a great movie which you all should see. xp ): Me: *sitting around doing nothing, seeing we had 1 1/2 hours to kill. I had JUST finished talking to someone and put the cell phone away* Sarah: What time is it? Me: I dunno! I don't have a watch! Sarah: ---Cell phone! Me: *realizing, because I JUST had it out* ...Oh! *smacks forehead; checks the time* 10:25. That's...an hour and 45 minutes before the movie starts. Sarah: No, it's and hour and 35 minutes. Me: I know, I was just gonna say that. Sarah, Nicki, Nighty, Me: *laugh* Me: Y'know, if this movie had Harley Quinn as one of the villains, I'd dress as her to show you just how blonde I can be. xp Yes, IRL I am blonde...well...my hair's brownish-blonde...but whatever! I remember that. :p I have a few favorite quotes from Batman Begins. Since they would sort of spoil the movie for those who have not seen it, I will put them in white so those who have not seen it and want to be surprised will be. (Note: I have only seen it once, and thus, these may not be entirely accurate, but they were close enough.) Jonathan: Here. Let me put on my mask. I might not be very scary to you, but... *He puts on the Scarecrow mask and sprays Falconi with fear serum. Falconi is scared to the point of breaking his mind*
(^ This change from normal Scarecrow to scary Scarecrow scared Sarah so badly that she jumped out of her seat, practiacally bowed to him, and said something along the lines of "I will do anything you say, just don't scare me!" I was sitting behind her, and I dressed as the Scarecrow [midnight showing], and I told her, "Yes, you had better be afraid..." as a joke. She got it.)
Batman: Taste of your own medicine, Dr. Crane? *sprays Jonathan with fear serum*
Jonathan: *sees a huge, scary Bat-demon; scared*
Batman: Who are you working for?
Jonathan: R-Ra's Al Ghul!
Batman: *witnessed Ra's die a long time ago* WHO are you working for?! *grips tighter* (My poor Jonathan!)
Jonathan: *chokes* D-Dr. Crane isn't in right now, but if you'd like to schedule an appointment... (<---this was one of the funniest lines in the movie. To me. :p)

Just because I love the irony...
Book One, Batman: *to Robin* Guy dresses in something horrific, goes out into the night and terrifies his enemies. He's acting out...from deep, visceral trauma...probably childhood...
Book Two, Scarecrow: *to his father* Curious bird, our Mr. Batman. In some elliptical ways not unlike myself. Darkly introspective...brooding..clearly traumatized in early childhood.

It is even funnier because they are far apart from each other when they speak. :p
