Calacie Thank you. I'm taking care and the positive energy is appreciated heart How are things in your neck of the woods? Hows the knees? Nothing on the job front, but will be looking for more to apply to tomorrow. The knees are great, thank you for asking. My personal trainer discovered something strange going on with my left head of humerus/glenoid fossa though. We're working on that now. lol

It's so damn hard to even get an interview these days, but I know you'll find something right for you heart Something strange with your head of humerus ... that doesn't sound good. How strange?

It's so damn hard to even get an interview these days, but I know you'll find something right for you heart Something strange with your head of humerus ... that doesn't sound good. How strange? >.< Thank you! There's a lot of clicking going on near the end of my range of motion for extension. It's not painful and only seems to happen with the left arm. My trainer thinks the joint is a bit loose. If I really focus on the muscles I can move the arm without clicking. My trainer also thinks it probably related to all the funky imbalances happening in my lower body. For example, when I first started working with her I couldn't perceive the contraction in my left glutes. (I was able to contract the muscles - I just couldn't feel the contraction very well compared to my right glutes). I have significantly better feeling of the left glute contraction now thanks to the exercises my trainer gave me.

It's amazing how imbalances in any area of the body have such an impact in other areas isn't it. Glad the exercises are helping though smile

Happy to send you some if you'd like them smile sweatdrop It's becoming clearer to me that my tank still doesn't have enough followers to take full advantage of the more expensive fish. I'm considering holding off putting any more of those amazing fish in for a bit. biggrin Thank you for the offer!

You know I haven't taken a real good look at you profile until tonight and I was pleased to discover that you read Piers Anthony's work. I used to love reading the Xanth series; my favorites were Vale of the Vole and The Color of Her Panties. biggrin

I should really go back and re-read the series now I could get them so much easier. Hard to pick a favourite ..I like both the two you've chosen, and also Dragon on a Pedestal, Nightmare and Yon Ill Wind.

I even had a Dictionary to the Xanth world. It had lost of illustrations, which contributed to my love for drawing.
