He spotted his opponent appearing behind him just in time, but it was still not guaranteed that he would actually be able to avoid the attack. Shinichi frantically looked around for the bamboo bundle and quickly performed the Kawamiri no Jutsu.

His fist got to Shinichi.
"Hit.." he mumbled as his fit hit Shinichi's back.
Shinichi was stong, so he would probably still be standing after the punch.

Koro watched as the two students went back and forth, back and forth at one another. Judging by Aski's physical condition and the lowering stamina of the other two boys, Koro would have to let them get in a lunch break after learning the Cloak of Invisibility technique. Their last exercise was going to be a tough one...

Shinichi fell to the ground, panting as his opponent struck him yet another time. Aye, he was getting tired and Koro-sensei would normally stop the fight now, but he wanted to continue at least until he finished the Kawamiri no Jutsu training. The boy raised a palm and held it in a stop position. "Sensei.... Just let me do one more Kawamiri..." Shinichi whispered and pushed himself off the ground. When he was so close, why stop and fall even more behind the other students, and Aya-san? He stood upright and motioned for Kohki-san to attack again.

Koro nodded to Shinichi. If they were going to be testing to become genins, then they would begin training like them as well. Training and exercises will become much harder and these kids would be sent to the hospital after some training exercises. Koro thought it better to let them continue until they drop.

Kohki nodded and attacked again. He jumped about 1 meter from shinichi, attempting a spinning kick.

Shinichi stood his ground, calculating the possible damage of the kick if it hit. There was very little chance he himself would still be standing if the jutsu was not correctly performed... and now! He crossed his arms across his chest and dove towards the bundle, trying to swap himself with it. It was all over for him if he failed now.

Kohki was able to hit Shinichi, but just before hitting, he held back his kick a little, as to not do much damage.

Aski put his book back in his bag and looked up at the two fighting. "Come'on you guys!" he said noticing that they were getting tired from all the training. They'd been going at it forever. "Man they have great stamina" he thought thinking at how fast he went down against Aya.

He glared at the other boy, then rubbed the spot where Kohki-san had hit him. That punch felt a lot less powerful than the previous one and now he had to use the extra time to his advantage. Shinichi knew there would be no other opportunity if he failed this time, that was for sure. He got to his feet as quickly as he could, waving his fingers towards him to indicate that the his opponent needed to keep going.

He made a fist and run towards Shinichi.

Dammit! Shinichi took one look at that approaching fist and all hope drained from his face. There was no way he'd be able to use Kawarimi to avoid that, but there wasn't much choice otherwise. He frowned and tried for strategy, all circumstance pressuring him to time the moment exactly.

The boy's punch landed on Shinichi's stomach. He hit it lightly.

Now the kid was just playing with him, or perhaps Kohki-san wanted to help him learn this. Shinichi breathed heavily and crouched still for a moment. His energy was almost all gone and he was still nowhere near completing this exercise. Still, he refused to give in. The boy staggered up, having to hold onto a wall for temporary support. He nodded and awaited his opponent's next, and final attack.
