" Let's start by gettin' him comfortable here near t' fire," she said calmly to the boy. " Then we can see what we can do for him." If only they had a proper doctor running around, but since they didn't they were just going to have to improvise. And she didn't know much about head wounds. Still, getting him into a position where he wasn't being dragged around by a pokemon was likely to be a help, and she pulled out her sleeping bag. " Why don't you lay this out over by Fifi, and then we'll move him into it?" It'd be best to keep all the injured in one place, to make checking on them easier, and where the prisoner was laying was close enough to the fire to keep them warm without getting burnt. She stirred the hash around, checking it. It wouldn't be too much longer before it'd be ready to serve.

Osmond groaned. That tumble into the pit in the forest seemed to have thrown out his back. He walked with a stagger back to camp and as the entrancing waft of something delicious tickled his nostrils, he felt his pain meld with a hunger pang. He strode over to the group nestled near the cackling fire, taking a seat in a stray space and giving a nudge of his chin. "May I?" the officer asked, reeling pleading eyebrows up to whoever was in charge of the food. "It's been one heck of a day. Something good . . . like that food there could really, really help." Marlo took his usual spot on his owner's lap, nodding his head in compliance with Osmond. "Aichi," he whined, more over his own hunger than Osmond's. Any food would do it for him just about now. Any.

Miles barked at them, walking to his trainer and licking Dave's cheek. His trainer was finally going to get some attention, and then maybe things would go back to being okay.

With a shake of her head, she dismissed Lexis' attempt of help. "No, it's from that Houndour that attacked us last night. It bit my shoulder is all, and with all the activity is hasn't been able to rest much. I've been treating it, and it will be fine when this chaotic whirlwind of a trip is finally over." Until then, she would grit her teeth and bare it, making sure to keep it clean as possible when she could. She sat in front of the fire and began working on making the popcorn, watching with cautious eyes as another trainer was laid out; this trip was a nightmare. "Have you checked to make sure he doesn't have a concussion?" She knew a good deal about first aid, and while she wasn't in much shape to be able to do much, she could help.

"I saw the attack, but I wasn't able to join in the attack." Lexis hummed, lips pressed and nodded. "I'm just glad for a good meal and hopefully an undisturbed night sleep." She paused and looked up, smiling Osmond. "Hello." She paused and pulled out her pokedex, motioning to the Raichu. "If I could?" Such a cute looking mouse pokemon.

Ect. Cael nodded and followed instructions. He was pretty sure being unconscious for a long time was bad. He tried his best to drag Dave very smoothly into place next to the immobile prisoner, tugging the blanket to cover them both. "Good, good boy Miles." At Kira, "How?" he asked, unsure. Something about the eyes? He prepared to get out of the way if she was going to move in to help. ((I have to wash a generations worth of dirty dishes, back later, sorry. ^^'))

@Whoever
Fifi moaned, starting to wake. She gasped when she shifted and pins and needles rushed through the arm she was laying on. Trying to move alerted her to the fact she was tied hand and foot, and made her other little pains pipe up as well. She tried to hold still, but her tingling arm made her squirm.

Koorie watched as Osmond came in and nodded, then turned her attention back towards the woods where she had come out of. No movement. Something wasn't right, and she could feel it in her gut. Someone should have been back by now if they had gotten that old man out. Pulling out the half popped popcorn, she stood up and took a deep breath as her shoulder throbbed. "Something isn't right; the group that rescued me should have been back by now. There was only one other person in that pit, it shouldn't have taken this long to return." Glancing around to see if anyone would follow with her, she turned and walked back towards the dreaded pit, hoping that, despite her shoulder, she'd be able to help.

@Campfire Peoples
"Of course," she responded to Osmond. "It'll be done in just a minute, and I've got some pokefood if your pokemon would like some." Glameow wasn't very fond of it, and so she had no issues with sharing that.
She reached into her pack, and pulled out the bag, tossing it over. "If you wouldn't mind giving some to the Growlithe there, I'd appreciate it. His trainer's not in any condition to feed him at the moment, and I don't know how long Dave's been out."
"Not yet," Jade responded to Koorie. "If you want to do that, go ahead. I'm not very good with head injuries."
That'd also leave her free to manage the food. She stirred it again, checking that the bacon was done. It was, and she began to dish out plates, passing one first to Osmond, and then filling a plate for the next person. "It's ready for whoever'd like some." She moved the pot off to the side, so that it'd stay warm.

@Anyone that wants to try their luck with the perilous pitfalls
Lizzie, throughout today, had been trapped by a lady with a soul sucking Litwick, accused a young girl of being a criminal, almost shot at a masked Rocket with her Lugia, got paralyzed by Thunder waves, fell into holes multiple times, and was now staggering into camp with multiple cuts and bruises.
"There's... people... stuck in a hole. That way." She pointed towards the direction she came from as she sat by the fire. Was it just her imagination or was it colder up here? She hoped that people would believe her and not think it was another Rocket trap, since she didn't have the energy to explain herself.
((There's a group stuck in a hole in the event forum and we're running out of tries to rescue people. Especially when everyone keeps on falling in. XD))

Osmond shifted his whole body to look upon Lexis, unable to move his neck alone. "Oh, of course, miss." he affirmed with a stiff nod. It'd been a while since he saw an actual Pokedex. "You're a trainer?" he inquired afterward, prodding his Raichu to stand so the electronic encyclopedia could read him better. Marlo stood, mostly out of curiosity, for he never saw a Pokedex before. His nosed sniffed at it just it case it happened to be a dual-colored candy bar. It wasn't, much to his disappointment.

 The trap had done its work, though all the prisoners had eventually been rescued, and Desdemona had been safely returned to her lantern. Juno returned to the campsite. She skulked in the shadows, well out of sight of the other trainers. Knowing her bright hair would be her most recognizable feature – not to mention the most likely to stand out against the dark mountainside – she had donned a brown capelet with a deep hood, just in case. The rest of her traveling garb was drab in comparison with her usual favoured colours, and not attention-catching. She should have taken the first opportunity to get a head start up the mountain, right when she'd trapped those first seven trainers. Of course, Desdemona had been indispensable to the trap, but even removing her, their prisoners could have been stowed safely elsewhere and at least have earned them a few hours. None of her allies seemed to be ready to move out, either – were the traps truly meant to hold the others back so that Team Rocket could reach the summit first, or were they momentary nuisances of no true value? Nonetheless, Juno knew she'd done well. She'd sprung the first, and so far the most successful, trap of any of her allies. Another step up the ladder. Juno parted the lantern's heavy curtains just enough to share a conspiratorial smile with her Litwick. Desdemona's flame was still bright with the energy she'd sapped from her victims, but the shroud hid it well. As she looked up at her mistress, the Pokémon held a tiny shushing finger up to her own wicked little grin.

CAMP PEOPLE Keria also wandered back to camp form her efforts of saving people. She to was covered in scratches and bruises, the large one from the cubone was starting to stand out, not only because of it's side but because it's location, the right side of her face. "Dunno if you guys heard about the people stuck stuck in a hole they are over that way- She pointed in the same direction as Lizzie before she flopped down next to the fire.

Guess she really should go and help. The pirate stood up, " Keep t' fire goin' guys, I'm goin' t' go and see if I can't help t' pit people. Feel free t' share t' food, and hopefully I'll be back shortly." She grinned, and then strode off, heading in the direction that Koorie had gone, and that Lizzie had pointed to.

Lexis frowned softly as more people came in. "Again?" She questioned and sighed softly. "I'll see what I can do," she muttered and looked mournfully at the food before walking to the hole in the ground. "I will not be pleased if I fall in it again."
