The king sighed a bit. "Well...I suppose from her father, the story is long but in short her father used to be a knight of Nibelheim but ended up marrying a women in your country. Shortly after the death of your parents he returned here and brought his three year old daughter with him."

Beck remained silent as he thought, placing his forearms on the counter while he did so. After a few moments in silence he responded "A part of me wants to call it over right now but I kind of want to see what you have picked out for me." The King of Leoan ended it with a light chuckle.

"Sounds good." replied Beck with a smile as he soon looked up at the food being prepared.

He watched Beck and then stood up then himself. "I still have duties to attend to now that you've found the kitchen I'll send someone to find you later when it's time to continue."

Beck nodded in silence and waved the King goodbye before turning his eyes to the food that was almost ready. His stomach grumbling in the process.

Gion helped Len to the Kitchen he watched as the king left it then looked at Beck. "Hey what did he say? About your lieutenant?"

"Well he didn't say a whole lot but I guess he told me enough..." said Beck as he looked at Len. "She was born in Leoan but due to her mother's death there she came here at the age of 3 with her dad." he said and sighed. "So she was pretty much raised in Nibelheim."

The plates of food flattered as they were put in front of both Beck and Len. Beck thanked them and grabbed his fork before nodding. "Yeah." With that response, Beck began to eat his food.

Len looked at the food then he started to eat, thinking about what the King wanted Beck to do next and who his opponent was going to be.
