AandOE @Rinaku: It's up to your Kage, but in most villages it is acceptable for Jounin to have access to them. Genin wouldn't be able to access much from the list, anyways, as they can't learn above B-rank. ^_^
@Naminosaki: If you want to double your profile format to be really specific about the pet, then that would be neat. I put them down in my inventory, with little notes next to them, but that's only due to the 50k character limits per each post that Gaia employs. One further question now, It says my partner has 8 jutsu. Now what jutsu archetypes do they have access to?

Maruton, your rpc's elemental types, Fuuinjutsu (Jounin+), genjutsu, tai/bukijutsu, and your class's if you're of the Medical or Puppetry classes. If I'm incorrect on the totality of this, I'm sure another mod will intervene. ^_^

Tips for a beginner of sorts. Also since animals I'd imagine cannot do handseals, are their restrictions on which jutsu they can learn in those types or do they just like...perform the jutsu.

If they have to use handsigns, like for nin/gen, then they'll need to learn the Korabo ninjutsu if they don't have fingers. That allows them to combine their jutsu with anothers' to make a stronger jutsu. I've seen canon's ostriches use 'feather' handsigns, so that would be applicable for bird-like shinobi pets.
Hm... that you can't read? >.< That's a toughie, as I've tried to make everything as clear as possible. Village-wise, Konoha is a mess, Suna fights a lot of impossible npc badguys and does rp puzzles, Kumo is about to go into a mini-arc, Kiri is doing the same but has quite a bit of non-battle roleplay, and Otogakure is the wild card. What else do you have in mind?

Finding a way to stack your missions will make your A.C. and Ryo accumulation simply fly by faster than you can go through training for jutsu. ^_^ That would be my #1 advice, in any regards.

Toryu Naminosaki A.C from missions I'm assuming is like exp? Yes, the more you have, the better your rank. The better your rank, the higher chakra/stamina/jutsu limits/abilities you have. You have to see your Kage to get official recognition for a rank. If you have enough for Jounin, but are still a Genin, you'll stay like that until the Kage recognizes you as such.

Tsuuten Kyaku [ Bruising Sky Leg ] Rank: C Official Description: Tsuuten Kyaku is a Taijutsu technique utilized by the Sannin Tsunade. Using her monstrous strength, Tsunade will raise her leg in a high arc, and bring it thundering down causing massive damage to whatever it impacts. If one of her kicks or strikes were to connect, they would kill a normal ninja. Guild Description: See the official description. This version bests the normal taijutsu version. Retraining to the max of +4 causes a magnitude 1 earthquake. In this jutsu above it mentions retraining, whereas I haven't seen this in other jutsu types. Are others able to be retrained or is only medical jutsu?

Retraining occurs across all jutsu, and is getting introduced little by little as we balance everything.

Ok I know im probably bugging you by now, so here's the last thing. When determining attacks from a weapon ( Using for example my longbow ) how is it determined if a player can dodge said attack? Ive had to stay away from bow users on other websites because they just dodge everything. A longbow can put an arrow down range at a huge speed, sometimes needing a highspeed camera to see properly. They show it on discovery channel once in a great while. But it seems unlikely that a genin would be able to dodge this at say medium range. This was always the biggest issue in other roleplays. In short, how do I determine if I'm being cheated and should be seeking help in this situation.

If it appears to be meta-knowledge, contact a mod. We can assume that the general populace knows about bows, and what they are normally capable of. (fast, piercing) What we can assume the general populace does not know about are the moves from the 1 defined (soon to be 2) Bow Bukijutsu style(s). Dodging projectiles is easier when the dodger is moving, and more difficult when the dodger is stationary. This is more pronounced when the one trying to dodge is not (or is, in a few cases) a practitioner of a physical attacking style, has a deficiency or efficiency in reflexes, and their distance from the bow user. Having environmental cover for the bow user and the dodger is important, as is the nature of being a shinobi. In total, if there is doubt, call a mod.
