Following her astounding improvement with Kekkai Houin, Bast moved on to sensory techniques. Kagura Shingan was her favorite, so she decided to execute it first. She wove a seal and examined the passerby's Chakra. (+1 Rank, +10 kilometer range.)
Discovering that the passerby was Mamoru, Bast shrugged the thought out of her head. She smelled cinnamon, so she probed a nearby bakery. The baker was happy, it seemed, and heavily right-handed. (+2 Ranks, +20 kilometer range.)
Next, the scent of cooking birds assaulted her nostrils. Tracing the source of the roasting meat and burning feathers to a spot above the Village, the woman sighed. Orphans were already fighting for the meal. (+3 Ranks, +30 kilometer range.)
Deciding to probe outside of the Village, Bast looked out at the IBD's encampment. Strange things were happening, to say the least. Ganchou's Chakra was acting very strangely, so the woman laughed at his expense. (+4 Ranks, +40 kilometer range.)
She turned her sights inward and observed the masses. The individual Chakra points of the people of the Village milled about just as the people themselves did. It was a curious feeling, and Bast quickly ended the technique. (+5 Ranks, +50 kilometer range.)

Bast formed a hand seal and activated her signature technique. The pebbles on the ground nearby rose up and formed a small pair of people. They stood still, trying to look strong. (+1 Rank, +1 quantity.)
The two tiny people turned and destroyed each other. Bast formed another hand seal, and from the ground rose three hawk-sized seagulls. They cawed once and then cannibalized each other to death. (+2 Ranks, +2 quantity.)
The next creation was a set of four snakes. They slithered to life and twisted through the sand before being run over by a produce cart. They reverted to dirt. (+3 Ranks, +3 quantity.)
Rats were next on the list. Five rats popped out of a nearby pile of gravel, and came to attention in front of Bast. She looked each one over and then destroyed them. (+4 Ranks, +4 quantity.)
The final creations needed a large amount of materials, so the woman clapped her hands and waited for the appropriate amount of stone, dirt, and miscellaneous other things to arrive. As soon as they popped out of the ground, the woman turned the piles in to six large hoatzin, each roughly eight feet in height and with a wingspan proportionally longer than the average bird in the real species, providing for better flight and aerial maneuvering capabilities while retaining the claws on its wings that the young have. Bast clapped as they came to completion, and clambered up on the nearest one's back.
"Off we go!" she said, patting the bird's neck as soon as she had a decent grip on it. The small group of avian animals took off and immediately began to fly low over the Village. (+5 Ranks, +5 quantity.)

Silas entered his old academy and walked into a private section and started off by performing push-ups. Silas then took off his coat, hat, and tie next Silas started performing seals and then faced the wall. Silas put a seal on another seal and practiced the Genjutsu that he was about to come up with. The world around Silas started to go around in circles until a what appeared to be a bomb went off around the dojo.

Silas performed a hand seal while crouching to get away from the burning rafters. Silas sunk into his shadow and started to move around as more and more bombs hit around the area. "What the hell are we at war since I've gotten back?" Silas swam into the next room noticing all of the people that were dead. "Damn this is bad."

Silas swam around for a bit and got outside where he could watch the Dojo burn and he looked up to the sky and saw Shinobi riding giant hawks! "What the..." Silas tried to say when he was spotted and a fire ball raged his way. Dodging by getting out of the shadow the fire ball struck the ground and exploded.

Silas coughed up a bit and noticed the a shinobi in front of him. Silas focused in for a moment and blinked but when he opened his eyes he was in the dojo, unharmed and staring at the wall with the shadow pool underneath him. Silas sighed and said "Hey it's working!"

Silas walked into the hall and grabbed a wooden body to practice this next technique. Silas performed the hand seals and watched as the body didn't move. Silas sighed and then performed his hand seals again focusing on the chakra in the nervous system.

The body started to move and Silas put his hands up as though he were the controller of a puppet. The body moved around and Silas snickered as the wooden body moved around and as Silas performed the technique it was something that was very time consuming. The technique also required a portion of chakra.

The technique quit on Silas as he was performing but it was enough to satisfy Silas. He once more tried the move on the wooden body and the body started to quiver and then was under Silas' spell. "Well I know it works!" Silas removed the jutsu and was finished.

Arya entered the Academy after a bit of a break. She had completed her mission to escort the Cloud Shinobi after returning their items, and was ready to begin her training. Her eyes gazed about the area, taking in the appearances of everyone about her. She was searching for someone named Six, who was apparently supposed to help her learn something useful in life.

Heading back into the main building after training so much, Six wiped her face off with a conveniently placed towel. Tossing it aside, she noticed a young genin hanging about the area, not training. "Arya, did you want to train? I suppose helping the Kumo-nin depart gave you a few ideas, ne? Well... I'm here to help you out!" Reaching over the entrance's help desk, she rifled through a few drawers searching for a particular scroll. Piping out an 'Aha!', she plopped back down onto her feet & held out the scroll. "What would you like to learn, young one?"

He handed the boy chakra responsive paper, kind of like a litmus. It would react different depending on element nature of his chakra, wind would split in half, fire would burn like a match, lightning would disintegrate, water would become damp, earth would became hard and crumble. Howaido didnt plan on being too long, but he wanted to train him good none the less.

Without further question, he focused chakra into the paper, and watched with excitement as it was promptly sliced in half. "...From your description, it appears that I have an affinity for the Wind Element." Ronmaru said with a light chuckle. When her name was called, Arya turned her head, seeing the lady probably known as Six. With a smile, Arya greeted her, and gave a light bow. It was weird how everyone in the village seemed to always know about what was happening, but she brushed the notion off. "Ohiyo! Thanks for coming along, I was beginning to think I'd never get any help!" Arya said, thinking about Six's question. Being a medical ninja actually required medical knowledge, so it was best to start there. "I suppose medical techniques would be a good start then." Her urge to drink was increasing with the thought of having to train, but she controlled herself, not wanting to seem too laid back or lazy.

Howaido had meanwhile been looking at the scroll and looked up to the boy, good thing he was formulating a useful list. "Alright then, I circled the techniques I think you should start with learning. Im only teaching you the basics since I think you should be allowed to pick a few techniques of your own as well. It will help your judgment when you are able to learn stronger jutsu." Howaido handed the list to the boy and opened up a different scroll to look for himself at the genjutsu.
[Teacher reduction -2 posts, Academy reduction -1 post for E-C. Note: I would replace jutsu like Kamaitachi with the more powerful version when you learn it or can learn it. As the weaker version is quite useless at that point.]
Kaze Bunshin (Wind Clone)

Description: Basically your typical clone, formed from wind. It is easily bested by any sort of skill, but this clone is still better than the average bunshin as it is able to attack and be attacked.
Hanpatsu Kaze no Jutsu (Retrieving Wind Technique)

Description: Creating a small gust of wind, the user utilizes it to push towards them instead of away, specifically to push nearby objects towards them. Those with ok or so Power will only be able to push small objects about the size of a kunai or shuriken towards them, while someone with great Power can push large animals and even people.
Yadama Henshin Bakuha (Projectile Deflection Blast)

Description: Building up a great amount of air in their chest, the user distils chakra to expel a great gust of wind directly from their mouth. The wind is not strong enough to push back something as solid as a human body but can deflect light projectiles such as kunai and shuriken.
Okuridashi Kaze (Propelling Winds)

Description: Loosing a short blast of air from their hands, the user is able to propel themselves in the opposite direction with considerable force. This jutsu is ideally suited to Wind ninjutsu specialists, who often tend to favour avoidance of attacks rather than powerful defences, and can be used to either move very quickly to the side, or even propel themselves quite high into the air.
Daitoppa (Great Breakthrough)

Description: Fuuton • Daitoppa is a Ninjutsu technique which utilizes the Wind Element. After bringing his hand to his mouth, Orochimaru will blow a large blast of wind capable of leveling almost anything in its way. Fuuton: Tei Hakusha (Wind Release: Air Riding)

Description: As wind ninjutsu is typically more focused on ranged combat rather than close combat such as what taijutsu specialists favour, it was necessary to create jutsu’s that made them as hard to hit as possible, as a result, the wind riding technique was created. The technique in essence has the user form a ball of rapidly swirling air beneath their feet, upon which they typically sit (some with exceptional balance may choose to stand). As a result the user is left hovering several feet above the ground, and is able to control the ball to move quickly in any direction, essentially allowing the user a high degree of speed and agility while they remain on the ball, and due to the hovering nature of the ball combined with its speed, it is quite natural for users of this technique to move across walls and ceilings. All of this makes this an excellent jutsu for wind ninjutsu users when forced into a corner, or even can be used when scouting is necessary. Additionally the user can use a platform of sorts to help keep their balance, such as a large fan.
Kaze Gyorai no Jutsu (Wind Torpedo)

Description: The user gathers a large amount of wind into his lungs and expels it in a single blow, similar to the projectile deflection blast. This version however is significantly more devastating as the wind forms a torpedo that is near invisible that launches towards the opponent. Upon contact it explodes with the force of two exploding tags.
Daikamaitachi (Great Cutting Whirlwind)

Description: A much stronger form of Kamaitachi No Jutsu that creates a much larger gust of wind. This jutsu, because of its severity, has the power to be both an offensive and defensive move all at once. A much larger tornado is shot forth horizontally and instead of cutting mere branches down it has the capability of ripping the greatest of trees to shreds. As seen by Temari using this technique, the Daikamaitachi has the ability to blow chakra waves away

I suppose I may as well get started, then." Ronmaru said with a snicker as he prepped his hands for some seals.
To begin with was the Wind Clone Technique. Unlike its predecessor, the Wind Clone Technique required the ninja in question to focus wind nature chakra into a solid form, not an illusion. Thankfully, it only required a single seal. Under Howaido's supervision, Ronmaru managed to create two Wind Clones on his first try.
[1/1] Wind Clone Learned.
For the Retrieving Wind Technique, Ronmaru removed a Kunai knife from his pouch and tossed it across the ground. Once it came to a halt, the Genin began to focus his chakra, trying to get the projectile to return to his extended palm. He was successfully manipulating the air currents with chakra, allowing him to place the knife back into his own hand.
[1/1] Retrieving Wind Learned.
After going through another quick set of seals, Ronmaru took in a large breath of air, mixing chakra with it while it sat in his lungs. As he exhaled--rather powerfully--the gust of wind was known as the Projectile Deflection skill. thankfully, he'd gotten the hang of that technique like the rest of them.
[1/1] Projectile Deflection Learned.
The final D-rank Technique was one that Ronmaru cherished. As a Genjutsu specialist, dodging was something he'd need to learn how to do; this though crossed his mind incessantly as he went through the seals, eventually releasing a burst of wind from his palms powerful enough to move him about six feet.
[1/1] Propelling Winds Learned.
The first C-ranked technique was called Great Breakthrough. As Ronmaru practiced it, he figured out that it was named as such for a reason. Upon his first try, he could get no more than a wind with the strength of the Projectile Deflection skill out. He would have to try again, and hope that his second attempt yielded better results.

Success! Upon his second try, Ronmaru placed more chakra into the mix, finding that the blast of wind that erupted from his mouth was significantly more powerful than the Projectile Deflection skill. He knew that the technique could easily knock over a careless ninja. In the e event that he had to undergo the Chuunin Exams, that technique would prove very useful.

"Good!" Six exclaimed, clapping her hands together. "Off this way, then..." Indicating to down the hall, she began a leisurely pace, but still slow enough to let Arya follow. Around a corner, down a set of stairs, past a row of windows, & through a courtyard, the two of them would reach a green metal door. "We've got a nurses station here in the academy just in case someone gets hurt," Six indicated, as the thought would make perfect sense. "It's better than training in the Hospital, ne?"
The resident nurse stood at their entrance, giving a quaint greeting. "Thank you, nurse, would you mind pulling out the basics for us?" Hesitating for a moment, the petite woman in white garb departed for another room, only to return as soon as she left, it seemed. Presenting a small document with the beginner's jutsus, the woman bowed politely & showed the way to where she had set up a dummy for practicing. "Arya, I'm afraid that reading ink upon paper isn't my specialty, & takes more concentration than necessary. Mind picking out what you'd like to learn?"
