I think that with my writing, I just always feel like I'm using the same words over and over again, so my writing seems repetitive to me. I can definitely admit that I make some dynamic and interesting characters. biggrin

dang, that's late. o-o On weekends, I close like...90% of the time, not to mention mah insomnia(so I usually don't pass out til 4am or later most nights).
I guess I should post...
Dalia watched Special as she dug through the wreckage that seemed all too familiar of some of the robots she used to create. It seemed so bizarre to see her children broken and rusted in the sandstorm, but it had to be done. Maybe one day, when it was all done and over, she could create more and maybe make sure this didn't happen again. The darts she saw Special hold were obviously not mundane, but something far higher class than most had access to. Who was this girl really? She'd have to keep an eye on her.

"Now where is that fan," mumbled Special as she wandered away from the defeated robot. She tried to remember the exact location, but she couldn't exactly recall. That was probably due to the fact that she was also trying to block that memory. Sadness suddenly swept over her once again. She had felt better after seeing the defeated robot, but she still could not shake all the emotions she had experienced. Doing her best to keep her composure, Special began wandering aimlessly in search of her fan.

She sensed a sudden changed and her gaze intensified on the girl. She must really take such things like this hard. Dalia closed in, a bit closer to Special. "It'll be alright," she slowly buzzed to her. "I know things have been hard since these wars began, but people like you and I and all those people back at the shop are tough enough to survive, and that is something to admire humanity for." Her system whined a bit at the end and she twisted her battery out and shook it a bit, popping it back in. "They don't understand the raw life in...living like we do."

Special nearly laughed when Dalia mentioned life. What would a cyborg know about life when their robotic side had none. She was intrigued by how Dalia considered herself part of humanity. The similarity to Tina in regards to a human side of a robotic being was most interesting. It was odd how those that were part human and part robot seemed to appreciate their human side more. Perhaps that little observation showed that humanity did have a chance, that humans would win out over robots. Special smiled slightly as she felt a little more comforted by that logic.

Ergh. I wish I could get more than 5 hours of sleep during the weekends...xD
