Are people randomly getting perks to start off with? I ask because I find the idea of fair game ignored in the matter of this role plays theme of survival. I don't think the playing field is very leveled or fair.

Those who applied for what were called "Club Leaders" in the V1 of this guild and then it went to nothing, have a chance to have their characters back.
If you like I can simply set up a "Lottery" in the guild. (:
Where you generate a random number, and a few certain numbers will allow your character a specific perk.
But you can only try twice. Sounds like an idea?
