It's ok. It's just, the Mist and Cloud has a, excuse my language, s**t ton of members already. I mean, they aren't overloaded but in retrospect to the others they are a bit populated thus far. So far I have no qualms with that but I should like to see more Sound, Rock and a handful of more Leaf members.

Yes, just put your profile in the profile thread in the mist, and you should be able to.

Not usually. You might have to wait on the Kage to be instucted by them or go on a mission, but RPing is different.
