Taki blinked at the two and frowned. He walked over and sat closer to them. "Slow and torturous? Life itself is like that since we're all dieing anyways." He narrwed his eyes at Kai. "Don't like my voice? Tough."

"He's huge," Tala said, referring to the dog, "but you seem like an animal person." Tala smirked. "Doesn't like pets? By the way you describe Garland he sounds a bit like one himself."

Brooklyn grinned. "What do you mean by that?" He asked. "As much as I'd like to tell him he's not allowed on the couch..." He pondered.

Kai rolled his eyes. "Why the hell are you the manic depressive?" He asked. Kai stood up suddenly. "I need to pee." He told Kisa.
Kisa promptly wrinkled her nose. "That's gross." She told Kai flatly. "The bathrooms at the back of the plane." She added.
Kai nodded his thanks and began to shakily make his way along the plane towards the almighty porcelin throne.

"I'm not manic depressive," muttered Taki as Kai got up. He glared at the bluenettes back before turning back to Kisa.
"So what was the gathering about?"

Tala shrugged. "Nothing, just saying he reminds me of an animal." He grinned at Brooklyn. "I'd get beaten up by him if he heard that eh?"

"I wouldn't do something like that." Garland told Tala as he walked into the room, smirking. "Where's dinner?" He asked Brooklyn. "I'm starving."
"I ordered pizza." The orange haired teen told him. "I really didn't want to cook. I got you a meatlovers one." Brooklyn wrinkled his nose to show his distaste.
Garland grinned. "Thanks. I need some dead animal tonight."
Brooklyn stuck out his tongue. "That's gross."

Kai sighed as he reached the bathroom and shut the door. At least here he wouldn't have to deal with anyone else. He leant against the door and closed his eyes. While he had been sleeping he had dreamt about Tala. It hadn't been all that pleasant.
Seeing the person you love chained down in pain and crying because they can't scream anymore because of something you did is never that pleasant.
Kai ran a hand through his hair and pushed himself off the door. He had to get a hold of himself. It had only been a dream and Kisa had told him that Biovolt was only after him. That had to be good enough.

Kisa shrugged. "Kai just wanted to know about Biovolt. So I told him as much as I knew." She sighed. "Which isn't a lot, really."

Tala froze as he hear Garland's voice. He turned around so that he could see both Brooklyn and Garland at the same time, just to be on the safe side.
He watched the pairs exchanged and shook his head. "You two are weird."

Taki stared at her for a few moments, contimplating. "Right." He stood up and walked back to his original seat to stare out the window.
I wish this plane would fly faster, i want this mission over and done with...

Brooklyn grinned. "What else do you expect?" He asked.
Garland nodded and watched, amused as Tala tried to keep both Brooklyn and him in his eyesight. "I promise I won't bite." He told Tala. "Though I want my pizza!"
Brooklyn sighed and leant on the bench. "It's coming." He promised Garland. "If I could make them get here any faster I would."

Kai finished doing his business and flipped down the toilet seat to sit on it. The longer he could stay out from under anyone's eyes the better. He brought his legs up to rest on the seat and hugged them, resting his chin on his knees, adjusting his weight and rocking in motion with the plane to stay balanced.

Kisa sighed and stood up to sit down in the seat next to Taki. "What is Biovolt going to do?" She asked him quietly.

Taki turned to Kisa and smiled sadly. "I don't really know yet but from what i've seen it wont be pretty." He sighed and turned to look out the window. "If he's smart enough to escape he better think up a plan now. Not that i would let him or anything, though."

Tala half smiled. "I'm sure you won't bite but i don't know that, yet."He looked over at Brooklyn. "Your welcom to try though."

"Would that require effort?" Brooklyn asked. "Because I really don't want to do tha-"
The doorbell rang.
"Thank GOD." Garland said, walking quickly toward the door, stopping only to grab a few notes from a jar on the kitchen counter. He opened the door and literally threw the money at the poor unsuspecting pizza guy before snatching the pizzas and shutting the door again. "FOOD!"

Kai stared absently at the door of the bathroom, trying to think thoughts that weren't related to Tala or to the stupid situation he had gotten himself into.
Instead, he found his mind wandering to the night before.
Flashback
Kai smiled tiredly down at his lover, his chest heaving as he tried to regain his breath. He propped himself up and his elbows and brushed Tala's red locks out of his face, running his fingers through them before letting them drop to the pillow Tala's head was resting on. "Love you." He mouthed.

Kisa looked down at her hands. "Would you really stop him from getting away from whatever Biovolt wants to do to him?" She asked quietly.
((*giggles* Guess what Tala and Kai were doin' ^^))

Taki whipped his head around to face Kisa and opened his mouth. He paused and closed it again, looking at the ground and thinking. He sighed and rested his head on the window.
"That's my job..." he said quietly.

Tala watched Garland 'attack' the pizza guy, surprised. He blinked and then turned to Brooklyn.
"Have you ever seriously thought about running away?" he asked.

((Care to contribute to the amazingness of the flashback? *cutesy eyes* Who says Tala and Kai can't be together when they're apart))
"Many times." Brooklyn assured him as he took the pizza box Garland was distastefully handing to him. He placed it on the bench and reached down into one of the kitchen cupboards to grab plates. "Grab which pizza you want." He told Tala.
Garland grabbed his plate and proceeded to heap his plate with meat.

Kai slowly lowered himself down on to Tala and rested his head on the redhead's shoulder. He shut his eyes, enjoying listening to the quick beat of his partner's heart. He looked up at the handcuffs chaining Tala to the bed and smirked, running one of his hands up the redhead's arm until he touched the metal holding his lover captive.

"So?" Kisa asked him. "That's not what I asked you."

"And? I don't really have a choice in the matter." He looked over his shoulder to see if Kai was comming back before facing Kisa again. "What would you do?"

Tala flicked a blue eye open to stare at Kai. He pouted up at Kai when he remembered what was holding him captive. "If you're going to tease me, can i at aleast be let out now?"

"Ok then." Tala looked between the pizzas trying to decide which one. The label of the meat lovers one had turned him off and he was sure that brooklyn would complain if he was eating, 'animal carcass'. He sighed and reached for the vegitarian one.

((*Grins and bats eyelids* I 'membered a lovely conversation that Kai and Tala were having outside Bry's house. Not the mention that bondage is hott. ^^))
Brooklyn rolled his eyes as Garland took his first bit of the pizza. "Mmm. carcass." The elder said in rapture, turning around and wandering back to the lounge room to watch more sport.
Brooklyn sighed and began to pile his carcass-free pizza on to his plate. "These guys make the best vegetarian pizza." Brooklyn told Tala before he took a bite.

"Why?" Kai asked quietly, running his hand back down the redhead's arm, ending at Tala's shoulder where he rested it palm down, trying to touch as much of the redhead's skin with one hand as possible. He listened as Tala's heart's rhythm slowed to a more regular beat.
~
Kisa shrugged. "I've never had to think about it." She told him honestly. "It's not one of those things people like me are encouraged to even contemplate." She screwed up her nose. "But at the same time it feels wrong to march him to wherever he's going."

"Ok, then why are we contemplating it if even though we really shouldn't be?" Taki asked. "And i don't know, maybe it'll be like a life lesson for him or something."

Tala reached up as far as he could and licked Kai's face. "So that i can tease you back." he smirked up at Kai, blue eyes twinkling mischieviously. "C'mon, please?"

"Heh, i wish you would stop calling it carcass," Tala whined. He ate his pizza in silence for a few moments before a though crossed his mind. "Hey Brooklyn, what are you going to do about Bryan?"

Brooklyn held up his non pizza-ed hand. "I didn't say it that time." He defended. He looked down at the bench at the mention of Bryan's name. "I don't know." He said honestly. "When I spoke to him he sounded really upset that it turned out the way that it did so I just don't know."

Kai's eyes twinkled in amusement as he looked at Tala. "Like hell I'm letting you go now." He told him, tilting his head up and nipping at the soft skin on Tala's neck. He nuzzled the spot he had attacked and smirked. "I like you like this." He told the redhead.

Kisa closed her eyes. "I said that I shouldn't be contemplating it. She told him. "You, on the other hand are a different story. You're allowed to think for yourself. In moderation, of course." She blinked at Taki and watched the blackness outside the small window of the plane. "Do you really think so?"
