My favorite color is red. I've had a few others over the years, but I always come back to red. Earth might be my birth element as I'm a Taurus, but I definitely have a lot of fire in me!
What's your favorite hobby and why did you start it (like if it's knitting, why did you start knitting)?

My favourite hobby has changed throughout the years, but it's always been a mixture of art (painting, drawing, embroidery etc.), playing the guitar and doing things outdoors.
Do you have/had a friend who you really like, but you'd just wish would stop talking about their problems once in a while and focus on something more positive?

I think mot people have friends like that don't they? I think magickal people attract them, because we are willing to help. I have one friend though who was like that a year ago and now is always willing to help out others. She just needed to work some things out and see what being magickal is like. A year ago, though, she was hard to be around. Hey that wasn't aimed at me was it?????
Do you ever get paranoid when you start letting people know a lot about your life??? You know like how they will take the things you are bout or will they approve of how you live?

I do, not because I am ashamed so much as I think I am not good enough. It's conditioning from my childhood, really I don't care much what people think generally, but when I open up and someone disapproves I am reminded of some aspects of my youth.
Do you let the negative aspects of your childhood affect you now, or do you try to get past it?

Kinda...my mum used to hit me a lot and as I grew up and she continued hitting me I'd start to hit my younger brother because I thought that being older than he was I was allowed to do this because mum hit me and she was older.
Do you like snuggling up to a hot water bottle in the Winter?
(It wasn't directed at you Love to Paint, don't worry!)

Actually, I have never tried it. I don't know where to find them where I live.
Do you eat at restaurants by yourself?

I have and I enjoy it quite a bit. Its some of the best reading time you can get. I have not done it for a while though. My life right now is SO full of other people, I have no time to myself. I have my women's group, my girlfriend', s women's group, my friends, my family and now I have work friends. I am really wanting to de-people my life a bit, I like time alone or with a small group. Its just everybody in my life is so great right now. ANYWAY... Yes and I love it.
Do you ever feel alone even though you are with other people?

Not as much now, but I used to. It was really hard.
Are you a social butterfly, a homebody, or somewhere in between?

I guess you could say I'm a bit in between. I rarely go out with friends, I prefer to do things alone (years of doing this has made me feel awkward in big groups). I don't mind going out and being social with a few people but there's only really three times a year when I go out with the sole perpose of meeting people and making new friends and that's the conventions! (The next one's in less than three weeks' time!)
Do you get a lot of wildlife around where you live?

Wild turkeys definitely. Other stuff, not so much from what I've seen.
Do you ever get excited for no reason?

I never really thought about it. I guess so. i just always thought there was a reason that I just wasn't looking at.
Does the element you associate most with have anything to do with your birth sign? Why do you think that is or is not?

Well, my element by birth is Air (both of my parents are Fire and my brother is also Air), so I guess I connect with them the most, though everyone else seems to associate me with Earth instead. I do not connect with Water all that well despite my love of rockpooling in the summer (perhaps it has something to do with the fact that I can't swim).
Is there a specific god or goddess that you identify with?

I do. Ceridwynn. I was thinking I would like to work with Brigid, being the artist and all, but I got called in words I could not fail to understand, by Ceridwynn.

Tiger's eye, specifically the red variation. Dsay and I joke that I'm the last person that needs more courage (I'm ballsy even for a guy lol, let alone a girl), but even still it's one of my favorite stones, next to jade. And if nothing else it serves as a reminder as to why I need to be courageous.
What life lessons have stuck the most with you so far?

do good, at least as much as to outweigh your bad. help others often. dont live regretting not doing something. if you want to do something bad enough, then do it. treat the people you are close to with respect. save your video game often. and dont trust my mother with my insulin, or she will forget it.
what is your favorite bug? like a spider, or butterfly, etc?
