 The light shaking cause Kiko to stir after a few moments, but her muscles were completely stiff-they wouldn't budge. She groaned a reply-it wasn't legible by any means, but it would get the point across. "Nnnn?" Ichi's shaking caused her to roll over, blinking up at him. There was a puzzled look on her face, and also somewhat apologetic. She scrunched her face up slightly, moving the muscles to release them. "S-sorry...did I wake you...?" she asked with a whisper, smiling a little.Tsukiko New Theme

Ichi looked around the area around them still clearly in a panic. "W-what h-happened?!" Ichi asked using one of his arms to point to the surrounding area around the two (three including San) Of them. Which was all but destroyed; He didn't know it had been Kiko who had done this but if he did he would have been irritated at her for causing so much unneeded damage to the forest; Li would have killed her on the stop for what she had done; which in truth made Ichi happy that he wasn't here at the moment.

"Um...training....trees were dead...." Kiko whispered, still unable to really move. "Been...here since dawn..." She tried to lift herself up into a sitting position, but her muscles refused to move. "Need...to...train...better..." she muttered, closing her eyes. Kiko's exhaustion was evident-whatever she had been training had certainly sapped her energy. She smiled lightly at Ichi. Ichi looked at Kiko; she had said that the tree's had been dead but he knew that a good deal of them had in fact still been alive seeing as how all the one's outside there camp had been; and it wouldn't make sense for them to just suddenly all be dead. But it didn't really matter. Ichi then pulled out a scroll form his waist and summoned some of the Iron Sand, Enough so that He could Pick Kiko up with it and have there be a floating platform under her; the sand sitting her up gently; so that she was sitting the same as she would be on the ground. "S-so.... w-what now?" Ichi asked not rely sure what it was that the two of them where going to do now; seeing as how Kirabachi would find him if he wanted too; and if he didn't there was nothing Ichi could do about it.

Kiko kept stretching her muscles-it sounded and looked rather painful to do. Her mouth was first-she stretched it oddly and made several cute, scrunched up faces before getting the muscles loose enough to talk. "We..need to go to...the Mist Village," she rasped softly. "It's away from Suna, and it will take us....a bit to get there...we'll have to be....super careful...." San's eyes had sprung open as well, and she grinned at Ichi. "I...chi...." the dog murmured, tail tip wagging. Kiko's arms had been freed, and she stretched more, loosening the tight muscles. "Pretty.....intense....jutsu...ne?" she said softly, smiling a bit. "Can...I ask....you something? If...you can't...go back...to Suna...for a bit.....where will you go....?" There was a look of concern in Kiko's eyes-being homeless was not pleasant. And being feared and homeless was worse. If Ichi went out alone...what if the seal never got fixed, and he had to live with it? He could never be angry, or get upset....he couldn't ever really be human...Tsukiko New Theme

As Ichi was asked this question; the boy shrugged slightly; he hadn't really thought about it and he had no intention to make plans for the worst case Scenario. "I... d-dont know" Ichi said as he shrugged. "H-havn't thought a-about it.... and I dont plan t-to" Ichi said in reply to the question. After all thinking about that would only stress him out; and make the seal that the Hokage had put on him weaker and easier to break.
A moment later Ichi looked over into the distance in the direction of the Mist village. "S-so.... mist next?" Ichi asked, changing the subject away from himself.

Kiko nodded, though it was a slight nod at its best. "I...have a spare room that you're welcome to, if you want it..." she said softly, barely loud enough to be audible-though it was clear that the statement was directed at Ichi. "Yes...Mist is next. Should we rest a bit before going on? Or just head on out there and deal with the Mizukage?"Tsukiko New Theme

Ichi looked over at Kiko, not really knowing what to say in reply to what the girl had said; it there was no other option; meaning he couldn't go back to sand he would most likely take her up on her offer; but then again he didn't want to say; he didn't want to plan for the worst. "U-up t-to you.... y-your the boss" Ichi said seeing as how this was Kiko's mission and she was in charge.

She sighed a bit-he had a point. "I'd like to get some training in...at least for you. If you can't use your sand like usual, then you'll at least need something to protect yourself with, in case I can't protect you or if I get hurt..." Kiko didn't really want to think about it, but if the time came, then she would gladly tear someone to pieces if she had to. She just couldn't let someone else she cared about get hurt....San muffled a whine, and Kiko bent to pick her up, but nearly faceplanted instead. "I still need to unlock my muscles...not much of a defense if I can't move, right?" she asked with a grin, slightly flushing from embarrassment.Tsukiko New Theme

Ichi looked at Kiko who was still sitting on the platform of Iron Sand that he had made under her. "W-well..... I can s-still u-use this I-Iron Sand..." Ichi said putting his hand up and having some of the sand that was under Kiko wrapping around her gently before slithering back down to the ground. "I-It's Like... S-Shukaku's... b-but i control i-it" Ichi said still looking at Kiko who was blushing. "A-and you d-dont.... need to p-protect me" Ichi said still looking at Kiko. After all he was strong enough Even without Shukaku to be able to protect himself as well as Kiko.

Kiko lifted her arms up a bit as the iron sand slithered around her torso. "Teehee, it tickles a little," she said softly, giggling. But whenever Ichi said she didn't need to protect him, Kiko snapped into a dead seriousness. "I promised you that I would, didn't I? I always keep my promises, or I try to-it's part of my nindo, after all...." Kiko said, giving Ichi a strange look. "I have to protect the people I care about, or I won't have anyone left to care about." Her legs swung over the edge of the platform, and though her legs shook, she stood up. Kiko scooped San up, and motioned for the camp site. "But...can we nap a little before we leave, at least?" She pouted, and pinched Ichi's cheek gently, tugging at it with a frustrated pout on her face. "You're not supposed to sleep outside on the cold ground silly. You'll get sick, Ichi."Tsukiko New Theme

Ichi sighed slightly as Kiko said that she had promised and she would still need to protect Ichi; it didn't matter that Ichi was stronger then Kiko; and he should be the one protecting Kiko; and Kiko was protecting Ichi instead. But No matter what Ichi said he knew that Kiko wouldn't listen. "Y-you can t-take your n-nap... I j-just woke up.... a-after all" Ichi said still looking at Kiko, he wasn't really tired after all. However as Kiko pinched Ichi's cheek's he attempted to pull away; however that only stretched his cheeks out slightly. "S-sorry" Ichi managed to say even though his cheeks where being stretched out.

"S'fine." She laughed a bit, and ruffled his hair with her free hand after letting go of his cheek. "Ah, what harm will a nap do? You've still got more sleep to catch up on, and it's not like I can wake you up easily-you're a pretty heavy sleeper...." She yawned a bit, and moved towards the camp site, opening her scroll of clothes once they got back to the site. She took out an identical set of "skivvies", and went into the tent, closing the flap behind her. "One sec-need to have these not so ripped up..." she said, changing as quickly as possible. Once she was done, she kicked her boots off, and reopened the tent. "Um...maybe...we could talk for a bit, until I fall asleep?" she asked, twiddling her thumbs a bit.Tsukiko New Theme

As Ichi waited for the tent to open back up Ichi tilted his head to the side slightly. "T-talk.... a-about what?" Ichi asked looking at the door to the tent that Kiko was behind; however as the door opened Ichi went into the Tent; not looking directly at Kiko. Ichi didn't know what it was that Kiko wanted to talk about after all. However as Ichi sat down; the Sand that had been around Kiko and making up the platform under her; slithered up into Ichi's Sleeve's and hardened slightly; weighing his coat down quite a bit however it was about the same as the weight of the gourd; a good 50 to 75 pounds or Metal hanging inside his coat; although most people would find this a hindrance; the weight actually made Ichi feel a bit more comfortable.

Kiko snorted slightly, and blinked. "Um....here..." she said, pulling the blanket up to her chin so she'd cover up her usual shorts and sports shirt combination. "Well, maybe...what life is like in Suna? The things you like to do, hobbies, etc....I'll tell you mine if you tell me yours..." she said, grinning. Her feet were getting warm, and she felt comfortable enough. There was a good four inches between Kiko and Ichi, and San snuggled under Kiko's arm, pushing her butt under the blanket's edge.Tsukiko New Theme
