Zane removed a scroll from his back as he handed it to Kai. "Well then, you seem capable enough, pick 7 jutsus of the Raiton element for me to teach you and I'll teach them to you," Zane told him.
(Since you have a cap on 7 jutsus tell me which ones you wanna learn)

Assassin | Sharingan | Bloody Mist Kai took the scroll then examined it for a moment. After several minutes of deliberating, Kai took a kunai out of his kunai holster and poked a whole in the paper next to the seven techniques he wished to learn."Only through struggle can we grow."

"Alright then...time to start," Zane stated as he turned around and walked several paces. He shook his right hand, warming it up as he began to gather his boureiton chakra. "Ekutopurazumu Boruto (Ectoplasm Bolt)" muttered Zane as a cackling sound could be heard as a bright ball of chakra formed in his hand. "Time to start your electric resistance training..." Zane chuckled as he suddenly turned and launched a beam of spectral energy with shocking attributes straight at Kai.

Assassin | Sharingan | Bloody Mist Kai did not move as Zane's attack hurtled towards him, knowing that that would defeat the purpose of this training. But as the bolt approached, Kai forced himself to relax evey muscle in his body. As the bolt hit Kai, it felt every muscle in his body was on fire. But he did not scream, he made no sound at all. He simply gritted his teeth and took the pain, letting the electricity simply flow through him. It was some of the most intense pain Kai had ever experienced, but he would not show weakness. When the attack had run its course, Kai fell to one knee holding himself up with one hand. Kai's breathing was heavy as he looked up at Zane,"Is that it? Come on, Sensei, I know you can do better than that.""Only through struggle can we grow."

"Don't push me kid!" Zane exclaimed as this time he formed the bolts in both hands sending two waves of bolts straight at him. He couldn't hold back, nor did he have a problem holding back. Holding back on him would make him weak.

Assassin | Sharingan | Bloody Mist Kai just smirked as the bolts hurtled towards him. That's it, don't hold back, don't ever hold back if it means taking away my chance to grow stronger, Kai thought just before the bolts made contact, and then he couldn't think of anything, except the for the pain, the excruciating pain. The electricity flowing through his body caused him to arch his back and fall backwards onto the ground. He laid there his body twitching and convulsing as the pain washed over him. A single cry escaped his lips, but it was not a cry of pain. It was a cry of defiance! THIS IS NOTHING!, Kai thought to himself, as his whole cried out to him in anguish, DON'T YOU DARE QUIT! Finally after what seemed like hours the pain stopped, leaving Kai sprawled out on the ground, his breathing heavy as he stared at the ceiling.

Zane ceased the flow of chakra as he shook his hands. Granted his palms were a little burned because of its fierce power. "Well, that was pretty good kid," he stated as he placed his hands in his pockets. "Why don't you go and find Axel and tell him to heal you, wouldn't want you to die on me now do I?" Zane chuckled as he went back into the bathroom. He wrapped his hands in bandages and sighed. "That kid's going to surpass me..."
(Btw, dude nice posting format, how'd you get it?)

Assassin | Sharingan | Bloody Mist Kai rolled over and lifted himself onto his feet, a process that took much longer than Kai had expected. He struggled to the door, his right leg not really wanting to cooperate as he made his way outside to Axel. Once he had found the younger Hajime, Kai forced himself to stand a bit straighter as he called over to him, "Axel, I need some assistance, Zane-sama told me to ask that you heal me.""Only through struggle can we grow."

Axel turned from his attention towards the girl and looked over at Kai, a huge grin on his face. "Oh...you need some assistance huh?" he chuckled as he eyed him up and down. "You gotta say please." Axel pointed out

Assassin | Sharingan | Bloody Mist Kai just stared at Axel for a moment, slightly confused about why Axel wished to trade pleasantries, though his face showed no sign of his confusion."Please help me to recover so that I can continue my training", Kai said his voice just as emotionless as ever. As he said it a thought occurred to him that almost brought a smile to his face, almost. "Axel, if you think for some reason that I dislike you, I can assure you that is not the case. I respect you as a fellow shinobi and a strong opponent", Kai's voice was still inflection less, though he hoped that would not keep Axel from seeing the sincerity of his words."Only through struggle can we grow."

"You're a strange one Uchiha..." Axel sighed as he placed his hand above his chest. "Diagnosis..." he muttered as he took a mental x ray of Kai's entire body. It had suffered severe electrical shocks and even minor internal burns. Also there was quite substantial chakra loss trying to protect the internal organs. "Got it...Chiyute..." Axel stated as he placed his two palms together, his hands glowing with white chakra. As he split his two palms apart, a ball of white energy hovered between his hands as he ran it through the surface of Kai's body. Suddenly Kai would feel a warm sensation going throughout his entire body as the nervous system is returned to normal. Not only that but his healing powers would soothe the burns and in fact heal them within a matter of seconds. "There you go...though I do recomend getting something to eat in order to replenish your lost chakra."
