He shot out a wind torpedo, which would be invisible and at a close distance extremely hard to evade, block, or counter.90 - 2 = 88 chkpts. 35 - 2 = 33 Fuuton: Shinkuutai Naihatsu (Wind Element: Air Pocket Bursts) Description: Focusing on the air around them, the user is capable of causing parts of the wind to “burst” suddenly, causing anything nearby to be knocked aside. The burst does not do any damage however, and its primary purpose is to interrupt and leave the enemy open for further attacks. However the bursts can only be created within a twenty metre radius of the user and only at spots they are able to see. Kaze Gyorai no Jutsu (Wind Torpedo) Description: The user gathers a large amount of wind into his lungs and expels it in a single blow, similar to the projectile deflection blast. This version however is significantly more devastating as the wind forms a torpedo that is near invisible that launches towards the opponent. Tyson Kurochi Kage | Sand | Hachibi  Tyson was pushed on his left, though, seeing the kunai, he landed on his palms and made a side flip, avoiding the kunai's, also the Torpedo shot on his way, since it was used on the direction he was formerly. Also, by his immense strength, he was able to push himself very hard such doing a long side flip. He performed hand seals, performing Raikou Bunshin no Jutsu (Lightning Clone Technique) he created three Lightning Clones, which ran towards the shinobi, two on the sides, while the other jumped above him(Svellos). Another set of hand seals was made as Tyson used Dendou Bakuhatsu no Jutsu (Electric Detonation Technique), such exploding the three Lightning Clones, which would send a violent shock. He watched and waited for something to happen, he was also watching his back in any case.

He then performed three handseals and used the Shadow Clone Technique, forming a single clone. Thus distributing his chakra fifty-fifty. Svellos and the clone moved towards Kazekage. His clone performed handseals and used the Great Fireball Technique. Svellos made more handseals, and used the genjutsu Instant Strike, in an attempt to confuse Kazekage even for a brief second.88 - 6 = 82 chkpts. In an instant the user is standing in front of the target, a weapon (such as a kunai or katana) plunged into the opponent's body. The opponent feels a blast of pain and the shock of being stabbed, but then the illusion of the user vanishes, revealing it was merely genjutsu. Naruto dedicated himself to this task though, in the hopes of fusing his Wind elemental nature with the Rasengan's shape manipulation. Therefore, you only have 1/11th of your chakra, and that's before performing the Rasengan. That's basic naruto knowledge. The reason Naruto can make thousands is because he has potentially limitless chakra.]

{Hey Defined, I was looking over your posts and I realized that your math's not adding up. I looked over your posts as well as your character's strengths and here is how it should actually look like.
Svellos's chakra reserve: I'm actually not sure how much chakra a special jounin has so I'm just going to assume you have a jounin's level of chakra meaning without including your RPC's strengths you should have 85 chakra points.
Then, thanks to your primary strength being 'High Chakra Reserves', you gain an extra 5 chakra points for ever 10 max points meaning you get an extra 40 points totalling up to 125 points.
1st attack post
Fuuton: Shinkuutai Naihatsu
Rank: D
chakra use: 3 - 1 for control = -2 chakra point
Kaze Gyorai no Jutsu
Rank: C
chakra use: 5 - 2 for control = -3 chakra points
Therefore in your 1st attack post you should've lost a total of 5 chakra points bringing you down to 120.
2nd attack post
Substitution Technique (you forgot to include that)

As the chains seem to surround him slowly, Haseo jumped up into the air, throwing both Sidewinder and Ascalon straight at the chains. The swords were stabbed unto the ground, transfixing the chain sickles. Landing back unto the ground, he was now standing in the middle of the triangle he had made with his swords. "Now...bring it..." he grinned, beckoning his opponent to come at him. Though he hoped that his opponent was smart and go for the long range attack rather than the close range. Souls Consumed: 1 As Haseo threw the sword and tried to stop the chains, Soul manipulated the chains. He reeled them in only slightly to get some slack in them and then Soul made the chains squirm and barely get out of the attack. The chains were safe. "Heheheh.... Get ready. This ain't gonna be easy for you to get out of." Soul began to spin the chains around violently while pumping one of them with Fire Chakra and the other with Lightning Chakra. The two Chakra took form around the chains and release flames and lightning all around. While Soul spun them, they mixed together and formed a Cyclone of fire and lighting that Soul then directed all around the barrier.
Jutsu Name: Lightning-Flame Cyclone

Use: Restricted to Soul.
Range: 20m~30m
Type: Ninjutsu
Element: Raiton/Katon
Description: Soul pumps his Assassin's Chain Sickles full of Chakra. One with Raiton and the other with Katon. Soul then begins to spin them rapidly, intermingling in a way to mix the two Chakras in the air. They then create a powerful cyclone of Flames and Lightning. It is highly destructive and also can cause severe cuts and slashes from the Chain Sickles while burning and shocking them severely.

Yeah so basically that's how the calculations should look like at the moment.} You're wrong. ( Spec. Jonin start with 60 + my high chakra reserves = 90. I have - 2 for all jutsus due to my Clan, and - 2 for genin and chuunin, - 3 for jonin. Thanks to chakra control. I did my math correctly. )

{Like I said, I wasn't sure how much chakra special jounin start off with but with chakra control being your secondary strength, you only get -1 for genin and -2 for the rest. Check for yourself here.
Sorry about the mess up with the chakra reserve though, when coping the link, I realized I accidently scroll passed the special jounin section. I also didn't know about the ability granted to your RPC by your clan so my bad there.}
