thats whats been troubling me, i cant come up with a good way to do that... I could scrap the whole idea, Its not THAT important after all.

Description:

The sky darkens and becomes overcast with clouds, and from the sky a whirlwind strikes the ground and a Dragon is formed, very translucent and occluded by the storm's ferocity. Secondly rain begins to fall directly around the whirlwind, slowly enclosing on it. Two red eyes, and the body of a lang snake like thing is seen, howerver only the red eyes are distinguishable, as the body is only a shadow. The Whirlwind begins to take on the water, and the water dragon retreats into the whirlwind.

The opponent can see the two dragons intertwining and flying up into the clouds, the whirlwind, now resembling a small hurricane following suit. Suddenly the clouds split apart, and a single dragon like serpent is in the sky, made completely out of solid ice, the rays of the sun now pierce the hole which was created, no matter how thick and overcast the sky is. The Light reflects off of the dragon giving the thought that it is a god like being, or an agent of one.

The Dragon lowers itself to the ground, coiled around in a cirle it's creator. The Dragon then surges forwards in an attempt to destroy it's master's foes. It is capable of shooting out blasts of ice that when they hit something they burst into thousands of ice senbon. It can only fire three at a time, and the thousand senbon are split up evenly between the three blasts. The Dragon if hit by these Senbon can absorb them into it's body, and heal some damage. and when this dragon hits the ground after charging, it freeses the entire ground withing a fifty foot radius, and the frozen expance reaches out half a mile infront of where it hit, as the rest of the dragon slides along. Anything in it's way, such as trees, rocks, mountains, even buildings are frozen. However this ice is not evnough to kill people right away, they are immobilized while within.

Main rules besides theatrics.
It only lasts one turn.

Kenji sat at the edge of the tree, sighing. " Tch, I guess I'm not so young anymore... " He said standing his face in it's permenant frown. He looked around, noting all of the bodies that lay around. Each one had been frozen solid. " Tch... None of you were worth my time... " He said, jumping down from the tree's branch. He turned slightly to look at the small child that faced him breathing heavily the child looked to be fighting back tears. " Tch... Another one comes to fall before me... The Ice sage. " Kenji said turning he threw off his robe that had not a single particle of water, dirt, blood, or even any frays in the sewing in it. it was the embodiment of his Ice. Perfect, unable to ever be harmed nor destroyed. But as he threw it away he noticed something. There was a fray in the back of his collar. It had just developed. " Tch... So, you are the first of the frays in my life since I have become the Ice sage huh? " Kenji said sighing he looked at the child. " Is it because I'm the man who sired you? " He said, noting all of his featues were shared by this child, as well as the features of the woman he once loved.

" Don't you dare say that! " The young girl said, falling to her knees and crying. She was about eleven. the exact age he had been when he had achieved his title of the Ice Sage. " How dare you call yourself my father! You and mother abandoned me when I turned five, just because you parents had done the same! Do you know how long I cried! I haven't been able to do anything, I haven't even been able to pass the entrance exam to the academy without bursting into tears! " She said, still crying, her tears a constant flow, even when she was a baby they just flowed and flowed. it seemed that there was no end to it, even when she didn't cry, they flowed.

" then you are not the child that I want. " He said, making handsigns. " However I will preserve you, and hopefully one day while you are in such a state you will understand why I am going to do this. " Kenji said, coughing a bit. He made handsigns with a single hand and sighed. His frown that was permenantly placed on his face deepening to one of sorrow, instead of self pity. " Hyouton Style, Hyourinmaru. " He said, a Whirlwind falling directly behind him, A translucent dragon was able to be seen in random flashes as the dust in the whirlwind cleared, it's eyes glowing a burning Red of hatred. Then, from the cloud that were producing snow, rain began to drizzle down, conensing into a solid wave of water around the whirlwind, occluding the whirlwind from view. Swimming in the water, a Dragon with the same Glowing red eyes swam, peeking it's head out to glare at the child menacingly. The water began to recceed into the whirlwind, the two dragons intertwining, and floating up into the sky. Suddenly the clouds burst into Nothingness around Menji, and the Dragon of Ice lowered itself to the ground slowly, picking it's head up it flew intothe air and began to arc down at the girl. it shot out three orbs of ice, each one hitting the girl, causing her body to become covered in Ice Senbon. she wasn't dead, but the blows could have been fatal. Suddenyl the Ice dragon lowered itself to the ground and rammed directly into her, freezing her in a block of ice, it's body going on for a mile, and the initial impact making a circle about fifty meters in radius from her body. Kenji merely held up his hand and blocked the ice from attaching to himself. " I'm sorry my child... But you were not what I sought to leave my entire knowledge to. " He said, tears streaming down his face. " I will take you back with me, and we shall await the appearance of a new child whom I can teach all of my techniques to. " He said, laughing a little, but mostly just the tears on his face were noticable. The Ice Sage. The one who never showed any emotion or any form of love or affection towards anyone except his Genin attendant Mylellen. " Mylellen... our daughter... " He said, his face turning to one of self hatred and pure anguish. He fell to his knees and let out a roar of pain, his heart had been defrosted, only to have it ripped apart.

Kumo: Stop right there. Your manifesting a jutsu as LIVING BEING?!? No, just no. THis is waay to similar to a summon. Besides, most dragon attacks, like siuryuudan, are for one blast and one blast only, and the dragon itself IS the weapon. Besides, B rank? Seriously? This is WAAAAY too overpowered for a B rank.

If you want, I'll turn it into a Personal summon, but it is going to have a fairly large amount of turns that it stays. This is a one turn one shot thing really...

Lolz, Sorry about that.

If you read the sample { Which I edited in after you posted that >3> } It raises into the air, and shoots them at the opponent, and ether falls directly ontop of them, or like in my sample goes back to the ground and slids along the ground and rams into them.

I was mainly focusing on the theatrical description more than the how it works description. ^.^ I thought I might be able to get it past Hinote like that, he always tells me on everything to explain how it forms, what it loks like, and all that stuff. I guess I forgot to put a set of rules for it at the bottim. xD

Also, the whole if it gets hit by the senbon thing is if someone tries to hit it with a Katon attack, the Senbon would have been flying in all directions, and quite a few would hit the dragon. This is used to keep the dragon from melting. { Such as if it were a Nibi host using it against the dragon. } It also makes it sound better, don't you agree? ^.^

Once the enemy is caught in said genjutsu he/she can see and feel as if the user would have encased the target in a crystal. ( Lasts 2 posts, the crystallization only gets up to the waist. This jutsu has a 5 post cool down. )

Description: The user makes a series of seals as he/she sends electrified chakra on to the floor, the chakra merges with the ground and turns the area in to a flail with a chain. The flail is actually hollow but it the crystal is one inch thick that allows it to actually do some damage, if it hits a C+ rank the flail will shatter sending sharp shards toward the target. The user determines the dimensions of the flail, but the chain cannot go over 8 feet. The minimum would be two feet.

Description: The user makes a single seal and then uses his/her raiton chakra on the ground to make a clone of crystal. The clone is able to use techniques one rank bellow the user and at 1/10 of power, once it uses a jutsu, the clone turns to crystals that can then be used by the user. If a jutsu of the crystal release is used, the clone uses itself as a source. It can withstand 2 hits by a taijutsu the user's rank of bellow.

Description: The user makes a series seals and forms a katana made out of crystal from his/her hand. The weapon can be shattered by a two taijutsu attack one rank under the user. The blade is three feet long and has the cutting ability of a regular steel sword.

Description: The user makes a seal a single seal that the enemy must see, the enemy then finds the area around him covered by a field of crystallized flowers. If the target tries to move while he/she is in said genjutsu the flowers will shatter and get stabbed on his/her feet and legs. The flowers that are made are up to the user, along with the size ( please.... something reasonable... ) The patch of flowers is placed similar to the way a grass patch is formed. The jutsu lasts four posts and it has a three post coll down period.

Description: The user makes a series of seals and slams his/her hand on the ground. Then he/she makes a small 2 foot tall red crystal appear on the ground, the crystal makes a flashy red light appear for an instant, said light makes the user's sense of orientation become completely altered, left turns into right, up turns into down and so on. This effect lasts for 4 post ( 2 if you are a tactical ninja, since you would be able to tell that it's an illusion. This has a 5 post cool down, but if the crystal is broken the genjutsu is automatically broken.

Sanjin looked around his surroundings and let out a sigh since his teacher had not gotten there when they had agreed to. " I might as well start alone." Sajin muttered as he scratched his head and pulled out a scroll from his pocket. He reed the scroll and smiled. " This is pretty good." He muttered as he dropped the scroll and made a seal, he placed chakra on his hand and shot it down toward the floor. " Crystal Clone." He said as the ground directly in front of the boy crystallized and rose in matching his size and volume. " You're my new guinea pig. " Sajin said as the clone glared at him and sighed, Sajin then picked up the scroll and reed it slightly . " Let's try this out first." He muttered as the clone looked at him dumbfounded, the real Sajin made a single seal as the clone looked at the seal and rose an eyebrow. " What is th-" The clone said as it attempted took a step forward and found himself in a field of crystal flowers. " What do you see?" He asked the clone as it began to move his leg. " A field of crystal flowers." The clone said as he took the step getting on the flowers, the flower he had stepped on then shattered getting stabbed on the clone's foot and he began to jump on the good foot, and amiss all the jumping he stepped on another flower getting more crystals stabbed on him and he fell getting the crystals along all his body, the sharp pain of this made the jutsu break.

" Not... cool man.." The clone spoke slowly as he got up and glared once more at Sajin. "What's next." The clone said wearily as he found the real Sajin skimming through the scroll once more. "Two more jutsu are coming around now." He said as he placed the scroll on his back pocket and made another seal, which the clone once more saw, this time, he found himself being crystallized, which was a bit odd for the clone, since he was already made from crystals. " Cut it with the genjutsu!" The clone cried as the real Sajin smiled. " As you wish." He said smirking as the clone's upper legs were in cased by the genjutsu. Sajin focused his lightning chakra on to his hand and then shot it down toward the ground and then a chain made of crystal shot up toward him, he jumped back and pulled on the chain revealing the long chain and the ball on the end. " Crystal style: Flail." He said as the crystals got up to the clone's waist and made him immobile, the boy shot the flail at the clone aiming to shatter him into oblivion. " Is this how you treat your clones?" A voice echoed on the area that he was in.


" Oh, Otokage-sama." Sajin said as the kage jumped over the crystal flail and and made it get stabbed on the ground in front of the clone, she then kicked the clone with her other leg making the clone shatter. " Was that really nesesary?" Sajin asked as the kage drew back her foot and looked at the ninja. " Yes it was, that is, if you want to train with a real person." She said as Sajin glared at her and picked up the scroll. " Aight... give me a moment.." He said as he finished reading the other three jutsu, the young ninja then made a seal and made another crystal clone. " Now... Let's make our fight a little interesting." He said as he placed his hand on the clone's back drawing away all of it's color, making it look like a mirror, and act like one as well, he then made yet another seal as a red gem came up in front of the boy, said crystal then let go of a bright blinding light that hit the Otokage directly, she tried to close her eyes but the light was to fast for her, and she was now caught in it's effect. He attempted to jump to toward Sajin, but instead of jumping forward, she jumped backwards a few feet. " Well... what do we have here?" She questioned herself as she remained still not knowing what else could happen if she moved.


Sajin smirked at the good distance between the two ninja, the mirror clone looked at Sajin " Shall I flank her?" It muttered and once Sajin heard this he shook his head. " There's no need." He said as he crossed his arms. " Just run head on." He stated plainly as the clone nodded and ran toward the Otokage, she tried to run forward but ended up running backwards and falling epicly on the ground. " What is this.." She muttered as the clone ran up infront of her. " I think I got thi-" She said as soon as she saw the clone, looking directly at the clone's mirror like body she remaind mesmerized, watching a person on the other side. Meanwhile, Sajin made his way behind the kage and he made a series of seals, as he finished the seals a white blade, as white and pure as snow formed from the ground and the boy picked it up. " This is great." He simply stated as he grabbed the sword and he placed it on the Kage's neck.

I have the feeling that this skill might have already been made but, just in case it hasn't, I guess I might as well try....

Only the original sealer or a sealer two ranks higher than the original sealer can unseal the item stored within the scroll. At different levels, objects of different sizes can be stored in this seal.

C- ten small weapons/scrolls, a sword
B- a boulder, ten swords
A- a large building, one hundred swords
S- a bridge

Sora slammed against a rock, the object she had been holding onto so tightly finally wrested from her hands. Struggling up, she was rudely shoved back towards the ground by her pursuer's foot. "Stay there," the larger and older shinobi growled as he tossed the scroll he had just taken over to his partner, who finished his sentence in her velvety voice, "Wouldn't want you raising an alarm, now would we?".
The female pursuer opened the scroll, expecting to see the intel that she had worked so hard for.
However, she was only greeted by an ambiguous seal. Her partner noticed the shocked expression on her face and he gruffly asked, "What is it?". The woman's face quickly changed from shocked to grim as she menacingly stalked up to Sora and then bent down to the girl, who's face showed cluelessness. "That's exactly what I want to know," the woman directed her statement to Sora as she showed the girl what was inside the scroll, "What is this? I'm sure you know." Sora's face changed from cluelessness to concern, as if she couldn't figure out what the strange circle with symbols--the storage seal--written over it meant. Of course, it was the seal that she had created to add another layer of protection to the scroll she was supposed to be delivering, a seal that contained the actual scroll, but her pursuers didn't know that and if they didn't know, they wouldn't know that she was the key to opening the seal. That is, of course, assuming they didn't have a sealer two ranks higher than Sora with them.
"I-I don't know," the girl answered hesitantly, the look of concern still on her face as if she was trying to figure out why her delivery only consisted of what looked like a drawing, "I'm guessing i-it's seal. My orders were to deliver, I don't know what's supposed to be in the scroll."
"And do you perhaps know how to open this seal?" the woman asked silkily as the man pressed his boots down harder. Neither she nor her partner were sealers, so they would be unable to open the scroll by themselves.
Sora's only answer was a timid, "N-no," that matched just how helpless she seemed just then. The Storage Seal that was the topic of the current conversation would buy her time it seemed, but only so much. In that span of time, she would need to find a way out of her current predicament and regain the scroll.
