iShayera @Akura: What the ******** is going on? Why was Misa replaced? Who the hell is Letti? WHAT IS GOING ON?! Bring me up to speed, like now, please. Well... Misa was replaced by Havok, don't know the details asked greg but he didn't know, and Letti is the new Kazekage which is bringing down hell to Akura >.<

*Raises hand and clears throat.* I am the new Kazekage, also the Rpc in wich I made for the positions name is Letti. Zane asked me to take the role of Kage due to Alpha having a it of problems with it.
Alpha is now acting as the Suna Sannin, but you will be now taking orders from Letti, this is the only warning you get however, if you try to revolt Letti will kill you, if you become a missing nin and go to another Village Letti will kill you. If you have a serouis problem with this then I suggest you talk to a crew or V.C. and ask for a village change so you do not lose your Rpc.

Leaving town or trying to change villages just because of this is utterly stupid. Our village was outright dying because Misa couldn't handle the position properly, and was breaking rules left and right in order to compensate. She got replaced, and now we're going to make a bigger mess by making a big deal over it? If Havik can make things run smoothly, he has my full support. Misa did not have that support, because I honestly could not bring myself to respect her methods.

Thanks for the surpport Hinote, I have a plain to keep everything running smoothly.
Kaze: If you a Sannin and try a revolt, yes you have a better chance but you wont be fighting a normal Letti, you will be fighting a truley angry one which will be.... bad. That is of corse if you make it to Sanin.

Ah, Havik. Just a note on your recalling scrolls. The rule against scroll learning was temporarily revoked due to a lack of jounin, so long as the scrolls were received from an RPC that would normally have access to them. Not saying you shouldn't take them away, just that they can use them if you let them. The fact that the scrolls they were getting had no listed techniques in them, and that they were being used to learn whatever the person wanted though, that was a problem.

I mostly did the scroll recall due to the fact that Letti can teach anyone what tey need to learn, she may have to teach herself it first however she can teach people what they need to learn. Plus Akura's Rpc didn't make Letti feel like anyone should be teaching them self. He almost killed Kay lol.
Also, I know I am a Auto ranked kage but I didn't want to Auto learn everything so she knows about the same amount a Jounin would, but she was asked to take the position of the Kazekage due to her abilty to get what needs to be done, done. So ya if she dosn't know somthing you wanna learn she will teaach you somthing else untill you need to learn somthing else.
