Amoire stiffened lightly at the mention...No....not him....it has to be someone else... AMoire bit the inside of her lip lightly and unnoticably...it had to be him...he was the only one intelligent and cunning enough....and the one she'd seen proof of.

Amoire frowned lightly, yes Yoshitaka, but her on the spot. "I met one." Was all she said Two of our tenents, brother are they, thats how I know...and other reasons as well. She said bluntly to him, ending that subject.

Anthony laced his fingers together on the table in front of himself. He inclined his head in the direction of Amoire and Maria. "I would like to hear both of these tales. Princess, you must tell us about this scientist, and Lady Amoire..." He shook his head. He was quite the telepath. It had almost been the instrument of his death but it could be useful as well. "I expect everyone here to reveal all they know and let the Council as a whole decide if it is relevant or helpful."

Amoire was sitting down, but she felt like everyone saw it, though it was obvious they didn't, when she stiffened. The biting of her lip continued.

Yoshitaka was starting to feel quite nervous. He'd never seen his sister act this way before and he didn't really know what it was that he could do. Sister, please, at least tell me. If the council finds out your hiding something they will be very angry. You have to tell me. You know that if you're protecting someone that Anthony won't let them fall without just cause.

Yoshitaka didn't want an investigation to be directed to his house however. He'd been told that two of his residents were of these kind and it was important for him to both understand it and do something about it at once. He would have to make sure that these two were at least examined for their part. It would give the council more information and some kind of lead as to what must be done.

Lucien smiled at Max and kissed his head. "Don't be afraid my lovely," he whispered in his ear. He didn't want his human lover being scared of his kind now that he could see precisely how much power they weilded over the human race and how venomous they could be even to their own kind.

"I have a suggestion my brethren," he said raising his hand a little instead of standing up. "I say that we should not allow any vampire to make another until they have reached a certain age. That way we will ensure that they will not be babies having babies as it were. How we enforce that," he shrugged. "I will leave open to discussion but I think the idea has merit. I think one of our gravest problems would be that a lot of our laws are unwritten and unstated. The young ones need to be told what it is they are doing wrong and how they must behave. If they don't follow our laws... well, it would be the same for any of us." A vampire who went against the laws and endangered his species would be killed.

"I know many of you feel that it would be easiest to just kill them all. I'll conceed the truth of that but I don't think it's fair to not give them a chance."

Princess Maria Pia of Savoy looked peeved slightly at lucien though it was hidden well. " Lucien that's all well, but what of the over exsistence now? That is our future, but what of our present? I understand that violence is far from our wishes to solve these problems, however unless another, plan, is thought up for our present, we will hardly have a future." Princess Maria Pia of Savoy spoke, it was flowerly, and caring, though, violence was in her nature. After all, she was related to bloody mary. Maria smirked inwardly.
