Kairi Kairi jumped a little in surprise when a portal of Darkness appeared beside her on the porch. She relaxed though when she saw it was Naminé emerging from the portal, which had closed the moment the blonde stepped through. Naminé greeted her and apologized for leaving the crimsonette. Hi Naminé! Aww it's okay, don't worry about it", the princess said with a smile as the petite blonde hopped up and sat on the railing of the porch. Naminé's clear blue eyes scanned the porch as she asked the red head where everyone had gone. "I'm not sure", Kairi said looking around as well, After you and Riku went outside Sora went out too. I could hear your voices, and then they suddenly stopped. So I came down to see what was going on for myself. But when I got here no one was here.

Naminé Miss Memory Witch "Hm. That's unlike them to just dissapear without telling you good-bye," Naminé said, her pale pink lips turning down into a frown. Crossing her arms over her chest, the girl absent mindedly began to swing her legs, her heels thumping lightly against the wood, created a gentle rythm. Turning her crystal clear eyes back to Kairi, her frown dissapeared, only to become a smile.
"But nevermind about that. I'm sure that something important came up that caused them to leave," the petite blonde stated with a half-shrug. She knew what was happening with Riku right now. He was probably catching up with his twin whom he hadn't known exisisted until today. Naminé had left to help Riku, to make his parents remember Hikari. But the blonde was positive Sora would've stayed behind with Kairi. So where did he go? Deciding not to give it much thought, the Nobody spoke. "Hey, Kairi?" She asked, almost in a hesitant, reluctant way. "When did you want to, you know, meet your real parents?" Naminé hoped this was an okay thing to say, as she didn't want to upset the girl.

Kairi Ah yeah I know. But it's like you said, they must have had something important come up, so it's okay," Kairi replied to her Nobody. She was swinging back and forth on the porch swing and Naminé was swinging her legs as she sat on the railing. When Naminé spoke again it took Kairi a few moments to answer. The petite blonde had asked her when she wanted to meet her real parents. She looked up at Naminé and said, "I'm- I'm not sure. I guess whenever it's a good time for everyone else. The princess looked down a little sadly and continued, "Because, I don't want to go alone. I wish I could be braver about things like Sora and Riku but I'm not." Kairi paused then looked back at Naminé. "That's why I'm glad to hear that you guys said you'd come with me," the crimsonette smiled.

Naminé Miss Memory Witch Naminé smiled at the crimsonette as she agreed with her, stating that everyone did have something important to do. Yet after Naminé had asked her question, the blonde's smile faded the longer silence held reign. Finally, Kairi answered and she didn't sound angry, which was a relief for the Nobody. She hadn't wanted Kairi to be angry, that wasn't her intent. She was simply curious.
At Kairi's words, the petite blonde frowned. "We can leave whenever you want, Kairi. We know this is important to you." Naminé stated, letting the crimsonette -- whom the blonde viewed as a sister -- know that they'd leave with her whenever she was good and ready. "And are you kidding me!? You're just as brave as Riku and Sora! When Axel first met you, when he was planning to kidnap you, you raced into a portal of Darkness. You left everything behind, leaping into a portal that you didn't even know where it would lead you! And you did it all to help you friends, Kairi. You're one of the bravest people I know!" Naminé said, her words ringing with truth and sincerity. How could Kairi not think she was brave? That was ludicrous. The Princess was just as brave as her friends. "And we would've come with you anyway, Kairi. Because we all love you. Surely, you know that." The Memory Witch said, flashing the girl a gentle and kind smile.

Kairi The crimsonette looked up at the frowning blonde when she said they could leave whenever Kairi wanted. "Are you sure?" Kairi asked a little hesitantly, "Things have been kinda crazy with everyone and lots has been going on. I wouldn't want to bother anyone if they have something else going on. Naminé's next words surprised Kairi a little. She had told the princess that she was just as brave as Sora and Riku. That Kairi was one of the bravest people she knew. Telling the red head that she was brave for racing into the portal of Darkness, when Axel had come to kidnap her. Kairi gave Naminé a smile and said, "Thank you Naminé." Kairi was happy to hear that Naminé considered her brave, but she still doubted herself. She looked back at her Nobody with a troubled look on her face. "You're right Naminé those things did happen, but was it bravery that drove me? Are you sure it wasn't fear or stupidity? Axel had us surrounded by Nobodies so it was either him and his minions, or the portal of Darkness leading somewhere unknown. The portal seemed less frightening at the moment, and Pluto ran into it first. If he went through it fine I figured that whatever was on the other side couldn't be as bad. But you're right, regardless of how I did it, I only had one thing on my mind, my friends. The crimsonette looked down for a moment, but looked back up at her Other when she spoke again. She told Kairi that they would have gone with her anyway because they all loved her. After all the frowning Kairi had done that day, she gave Naminé a huge, bright smile. "Yes I know that Naminé. I love you guys too. I'm so blessed to have awesome friends like you!" Kairi said happily thinking of all her friends, suddenly feeling the happiest she had felt all day.

Blink got up and looked at sora. "ive got to go...the care home lady is expecting me back in 10 minuites". blink picked up his crutches, "See you later sora" blink said smiling and waving. blink walked away from the beach and down kairis street without realizing it. He heard a familiar voice and looked up to see kairi talking to a blond girl. "Hey kairi!" blink shouted up.

Ηικαŕι While Riku and Hikari never did leave Kairi's house, it appeared that the crimsonette and her Nobody were too deep in their thoughts to notice that they were still there. Turning to her brother, Hikari nodded to him. "You go on ahead and see Kairi and Namine, Riku. I want to go have a look around the islands for a bit," she said quietly and turned to walk away. Of course, what she said was only partially true; the sun was starting to fall, and in a few hours she was to meet up with Lakayna to help her with the dark dragon within her, should she accept her help, of course.

Axel shrugged when she talked about Hikari and how the darkness affected her. "Well, I knew a little bit about Hikari back in the Organization. Xemnas kept her a big secret, but I found her shortly after I got Kairi into the World that Never Was. Yeah she's dark, but she means well, I think," he mused, carefully wrapping an arm around her waist.

"Hey, Hikari," Riku called after her. He wasn't going to stop her. "Meet me back home later okay?" He smiled at his sister before she left. He sighed and knocked on Kairi's door and re-entered with permission. He came in hearing only the last bit of the conversation. "Hey."

Kairi Kairi had just finished her last sentence to Naminé and was still smiling up at the petite blonde when she heard someone shout her name. She got up off the porch swing and walked over to stand by Naminé at the rail. She looked around and saw that it was Blink who had called her name. "Oh, hey Blink!" the red head called back waving to him, "How are you?" A moment later Kairi heard a knock on her door. She turned around and saw that Riku had reappeared. "Hi Riku," the crimsonette smiled feeling much more cheerful. She was glad Riku was here. With all that had been going on she hadn't really gotten to spend much time with her best friend that week. In fact she, Riku, and Sora had hardly hung out at all. Thinking about that reminded the princess. Huh? Sora's not with you Riku? Kairi asked the silvernette.

Tears came down Lakakya's face. "I'm scared," she said, "of this thing inside me. I turned into it once before...many years ago. I don't remember what happened between the time I changed and when I was back to normal...but when I came to, I was lying in the middle of half a destroyed town. Blooded covered the streets like a crimson river, and bodies were shrewn everywhere...some unrecognizable." The dragon girl buried her face in her hands. That image of the aftermath still haunted her to this day.

Axel held her close when she started crying and explained what happened the last time she turned into a dragon. He knew that since he was still a Nobody, trying to fix the problem himself would probably just get destroyed. Ansem the Wise was long gone and so was Xemnas. It seemed like the only option was Hikari. "Well, how about I go with you to see her? That way if she tries anything funny, I'll be right there to stop her. How's that?" he asked with a light smile.

Lakaya wiped her eyes, but the look in them was anything but happy. "My mother would've known what to do," she said in a small voice, "but she's gone..." Lakakya sighed softly then looked up to Axel's face. "Okay," she said with a nod, "She told me to meet her at the beach at midnight. I'm still really scared about what might happen, but if she really can help me; then it's a risk I'm willing to take. You have to promise me something though." Her eyes were serious and firm. "If that which is within me gets too far out of control, then I want you to stop her; by any means."
