The girl pushed up, twisting and grabbing his foot. Throwing him against a tree she stood in a fighting stance.
"now what, demon boy-GAH!"
June pinned the girl to the ground. Her body was almost completely covered in shadows, except for her right arm and half of her face. The wound from the arrow seemed more like the remains of burning embers than an actual shadow.
"WHAT DID YOU DO TO ME, CRISTELLA?!" June snapped. cristella let out a cry of pain, June's knee edging its way further into cristella's back.
