Hiro was silent as the group waited for Mina.

Meanwhile, at her house, Mina was grabbing her bow and quiver from her room, her mother watching her pack.
"Are you sure you're ready to leave?" she asked.
"I have no choice," Mina said. "If I stay in the village, you and everyone else will be in danger. The king is after us now."
"I know, but can't you stay one night?"
"We can't. We are already putting you in enough danger as it is."
Her mother sighed. "Promise me you won't be killed and that you'll return to us triumphant."
Mina smiled. "Don't worry. Remember, I'm not alone." Then she put the unstrung bow in the quiver and put her quiver on her back. "When dad gets home, tell him that I said goodbye." Then she left the house and went back to the rest of the group. "Sorry I took so long," she said to the rest of the group.

Mimi was levitating her shoe in the air and spinning it around while she sat on the ground, bored. When Mina came, she made it drop, caught it, slipped it back on, and jumped up. "Its okay." She said. "Are we ready to go now?"

((Okay. Annexus offered the Eternal Eyes the chance to join him, which Hiro and Mina immediately refused. Varnis walked up and said that, while Annexus believed that he was doing the right thing, the Eternal Eyes also believed that they were doing the right thing. Annexus said that the Eternal Eyes were misguided, and Hiro replied saying that the misguided one was him. After a small argument, Annexus went up to the box where Rina and Rita were and picked Rita up to take her to a doctor. An hour later, the palace doctor walked into the throne room, where Annexus and Rina were, and told them that Rita will be okay. Annexus apologized to Rina for not telling her of his plans and asked her to help him defend the world from the Gods. Rina said that she would. Meanwhile, the Eternal Eyes were walking back to the village to prepare to leave it for good. Back at the castle, Lilly walked to the throne room to talk to Annexus. Varnis had been following the Eternal Eyes and there were some introductions. Varnis asked them if he could join them in their fight against Annexus, which everyone let him. In the castle, Annexus dismissed Rina to go see Rita and Rina left the throne room. Lilly walked into the throne room and, after some hesitation, said that she didn't think that Annexus should be lonely. When the Eternal Eyes arrived at the village, Mina ran off to say goodbye to her parents and retrieve her bow. After a conversation with her mother, Mina went back to the group. And that's about it. Oh, and Ikki and Ace were talking in a field the whole time. That's it.))

Leah started walking around in circles. "So are we leaving yet? I am tired of being in the same spot for so long..."
Lilly laid her head on Annexus's chest. A few tears slipped from her eyes. When she spoke her words they came out a whisper. "Yes. I'm very lonely." She sobbed silently.

Annexus held Lilly tight. "Don't be . . . I'm not going anywhere." He rocked her back and forth slowly, holding her to his chest while she cried.

Lilly sobbed for a few minutes before she spoke again in a whisper. "Do you really mean that?" She didn't move but just sat there in his arms.

Annexus took her chin in his hand, and moved down, lightly brushing his lips over hers. "Yes, I mean that, Lilly."

When Lilly felt his breath on her it took all she had not to move. She stayed as still as possible listening to his heartbeat. Something in her head tried to convince her that she was utterly wrong. That she couldn't have feelings for the king, she didn't have feelings for anyone. That he couldn't possibly care for her. That there was no way that she could be doing exactly what she was about to do. She pushed all those thoughs aside and leaned up and pressed her lips on Annexus's.

Anexxus kissed Lilly back, embracing her. When the kiss ended, he looked her in the eyes. "Its been a long time, since I allowed myself to love anyone . . . "
