Kira trailed behind him, her tail swishing slowly behind her. Her eyes were slightly wide, green at the moment, and her ears perked straight so she wouldn't miss a thing. Though, as soon as she entered, the loud music hit her and her ears flattened down against her head, trying to block it out at least a little. She tightened her grip on Kurri so the kitten wouldn't be frightened by the crowd and noise. Her eyes scanned the area quickly, and she soon spotted Uwasa. She headed towards him, and plopped down in the seat across from him. "Hey.." she said quietly, her eyes gazing around the room again.

Uwasa waved his hand and the sound seemed to lesson and he was looking at a menu. "There that should help your ears." He said as he waitress walked up and asked there orders. "Ya can i get two party platter about sixty wings and three cokes." He then looked over at Kira. "What do you want my treat." He said with a smile as he put down his menu.

Kira's eyes followed the movement of his hand, and her ears twitched as she noted a sudden change in the volume of the room. "O-oh," she said with a small laugh. "Thank you very much." She glanced around once, and then back to him, her eyes skipping across the menu for a second. When he spoke, her head jerked up. His treat? That was something she wasn't used to hearing. She bit her lip someone nervously as she looked through the menu more seriously, suddenly realizing that she hadn't eaten in quite a while. "What about, um..." she began uncertainly. "...chicken sandwhich? And a.... coke," she finished, realizing that was one of the drinks she'd tried and found she liked.

Uwasa smiled as the waitress walked away. "Your not a big eater are you?" He said trying to start some conversation. "Also think nothing of it i thought it was to loud also they seem to like to keep the music that way." He said as he yawne da little and shook his head. "Sorry about that just realy tired as of late." He said with a small sigh.

Kira shrugged slightly, shaking her head. "I only eat when I need to, usually." Her eyes went back to curiously scanning the room. She really hadn't been in a place like this before, and was finding it quite interesting. She was glad they didn't refuse her entrance because she carried a sword, a cat, and wore no shoes. She just smiled to herself, looking back at Uwasa as she tugged on one of her ears. "Yeah, sometimes it can be a little annoying," she said with a small laugh, and then grew serious, leaning slightly towards him. "Are you sick? Do you need a nap or something?"

Uwasa smiled. "Nah i'm not sick i will be fine just been swamped lately with things to do." He said with a small smiled. "But thank you for worring, but the only time i get sick it usaully involves magic," He said as he looked around. "Funny in regular places other then ria poeple would givew us funny looks but now here." He said with a sigh enjoying the enviroment.

Kira paused for a second, and then slowly nodded her head. "Ah, ok..." she said quietly, just a bit confused. It usually involved magic? She didn't ask though, and instead yet again let her eyes wander around the building, ears tilting this way and that. Kurri had curled up in her lap, purring quietly as she continuously pet him. Kira nodded, smiling to herself. "Yeah... I like this place," she agreed. She'd been chased away from so many places, it was odd to her that she wasn't even getting odd looks here.

He laughed. "Well one time i say a lizard person in here and i thought they where extinct but i guess i was wrong." He said trying to start some conversation as the waitress returned with there food and drinks. "Thank you." He said as he began to eat being careful of his manners but still eating realy realy fast.

Kira blinked, looking completely shocked for a second. "Li... lizard person?" she echoed. "I've never seen.. anyone like that." She blinked again, looking curiously down at Kurri, who stared back up at her, meowing quietly. Then Kira's ear twitched as she glanced over at the waiter, bowing her head thankfully before staring at her sandwhich for a moment. She poked it lightly with a claw and then picked it up, smiling faintly at Uwasa as she watched him eat for a second, and then took a small bite of her own meal, followed soon by another. She never realized just how hungry she was until she finally ate something. She paused for a second, breaking off a small piece for Kurri to eat.

Uwasa smiled. "Sorry every since i was young i always ate alot of food, my dad always said it was fine just meant that you had a healthy amount of power." He said with a small smiling. "My dad said everyone in our race usaully ate more then a normal person would, guess it is because of what our body's do." He said thinking about it and smiled. "sorry i'm rambling again." He said a little emberassed he then started to take a drink of his coke.

Kira's ears twitched as she looked up from Kurri and back to Uwasa instead. She listened quietly, a small smile upon her face, before she nodded her head. "My brother used to eat a lot as well," she grinned. "And my dad same the same thing. Well, at least the part about that meaning you were healthy and... powerfull..." She trailed off for a second, but then blinked, snaping herself quickly out of it. "But don't worry about it!" she assured him, in reference to his rambling comment. "I don't mind. I'll probably do it some too, maybe, a little..." She blinked again, then distracted herself by taking another bite of her sandwhich.

He smiled. "It is good tot alk to someone you never know what you might find out, as a wise man once said only a fool does not seek knowledge." He said as he whiped his mouth with a napkin and smiled. "For knowledge is power." He said with a small laugh know all to well how true that is.

Kira paused for a moment, and then nodded her agreement. "That sounds about right," she smiled, watching as Kurri accepted another piece of the sandwhich from her. Then she slowly reached out, picking up her drink and taking a sip, and finally turned back to Uwasa after setting it down. "Is that... why you came here?" she asked uncertainly. "seeking knowledge?"

He looked at her and smiled. "No i came here because my last school was killed by shadow my old friend." He said thinking back on his first day of school the pain the hard ship everything and seemed lost for a moment. "Wow alot has happened since then, but ya my father wanted me to learn about magic and the mystical stuff. Plus this is the best school int he world this place has everything so it's perfect." He said smiling as he ate some more.

Kira froze for a second, staring wide eyed at his story. It was hard for her to believe he could say that with a smile upon his face. His last school was killed? Did that mean every student who attended was...? She blinked a few times, and then looked down at Kurri for a moment before speaking. "U-um, I just... came across Ria by accident," she admitted. "And then they accepted me." She frowned slightly, and then took another small bite of her sandwhich.
