Diva's singing stops when she notices the birds. She had never truly been this close to any animal before. Well, except the time she hung out with a Betori ninja that only spoke in the animal tongue. but technically he was human. She had flown before, having been carried on the back of a ninja with the Bird Beast Seal, but when he flew he didn't take his time. He sailed past all the beauty to the destination and didn't think twice about taking in the sights and sounds. Diva reaches a hand out to touch a bird only for it to shift in the air and fly off in another direction. As they slowly descend and then settle on the ground, Diva begins removing her mittens. "Since there are so many different types of grass, I think i will pick some and make a primitive instrument for now. After that I'm going to search for bamboo that they usually have decorating the hot springs in this village. With the bamboo I can hopefully make myself a new Cornett, though it won't be as sturdy. But I want a new Cornett and I don't want to go and buy one." Diva wasn't very good at crafting things but she knew enough to make small musical instruments. She preferred getting things hand-made rather than running out and buying something. "What will you do here?" Diva asks shifting around atop Jin's head so that she could find a safe way down to the ground.

Diva smiles at Jin and waves her mittens in his direction to say goodbye. She then stows her mittens in one pocket as she begins walking around. First she looks at a few blades of grass in this area and then a few in that; before long she had investigated much of the grass around the tree but hadn't exactly found the right grass. She needed bigger grass, taller grass. Diva turns in the direction of an area littered with tall thick grass. She would surely find the blades she needed in there. So, despite the grass being more than three times as tall as her, she starts over and then into it. She touches her hands to each blade of grass and is surprised to see just how thick each blade was. Each blade was almost as big as her tiny fist but then again she wasn't a good measurement with her being so unusually small. She continues touching the grass before her food catches on a tree root and she trips, aiming to fall face first towards the ground. Diva lays on the ground a while just because she was intrigued with how soft and warm the ground was before getting to her feet. She dusts herself off the best she can before continuing on her search. After a little longer she comes to a patch of grass that is exactly what she was looking for. Strong and thick; better for a real instrument rather than an amateurs make-shift one. She struggles to pluck the grass a while before stopping. She falls to her knees and pants, tired. She wondered how she could harvest the grass without calling, or whistling rather, for help.

Diva begins to sing happily before replying to Jin. "It's going great now that you're here. I've been trying to find the right grass for my instrument and now that I have I can't pluck it. If I could just sum up the strength in order to uproot the grass is all that I kept thinking. And then I hear you speak and I feel so happy. Would you pluck the grass for me? That entire patch their. I need the roots to be attached once you pluck it because I need them." Diva coos struggling to her feet. She stumbles a little, extending a hand outward to grasp a thick blade of grass that was apart of the patch of grass she'd mentioned to keep from falling, before standing straight up. Either Diva was really light of that blade of grass was really thick. Diva pats her left knee a little before lifting it up and then tapping it on the ground. She winces a little but it wasn't too noticeable. She didn't want to worry Jin about her having fallen and her knee hurting AND ask him to pick the grass she was supposed to be getting herself. But she couldn't help but sing a sad and pained melody as she looked up at Jin. She then stops her melody quickly, fighting her urges to sing, and looks down and away from Jin.

Diva turns her attention back to Jin and watches him get to work. It was like artwork the way he uprooted the grass. The way the ground shifted as if it were clay and his face were beneath it. The way his expression changed as he performed his skill. It was magnificent to Diva. She smiles happily as she looks over at the grass. "Thank you so much Jin! I don't know what I'd ever do without you!" Diva almost shrieks as she dashes over to the grass that lay upon the ground. For a moment she thinks on how to carry everything but soon she just tries to grab them all up in her arms. She begins to lift the grass but one falls so she sets the grass back down. Again. Dive tries to lift the grass again only for two blades to slip from her grasp. She sets the blades back down and then takes in air. She flexes her arms before extending her arms out towards the blades of grass. Again! Diva reaches down and grabs up all of the grass but when she straightens up and turns around four blades fall to the ground. She sets them down before shifting upwards. She crosses her arms over her tiny chest and screeches lowly. She was trying not to screech loudly so her cheeks puff up when she makes the sound. If she were to screech, with her furry this great, it would cause a few problems. She just stands there and pouts as her cheeks deflate.

Diva watches delightedly as Jin again helps her out when she needs it. She takes his hand a moment before scramble up his arm and then his shoulder before sitting there a moment. "Yep. That's all for right now." She then continues on until reaching his head and sits down. "Boy that was a work out. I wonder how hard it will be to get the bamboo stalks later," she almost whimpers. Diva reaches into her pocket and draws out her Cornett before placing it to her lips. When on their way anywhere, Diva figured she'd either sing or play a song for Jin. She draws breath slowly before blowing outward and into the instrument. She begins playing a song that was cheery and busy. Much like background music that would play in old black and white movies when the main character is walking around. Diva began to wonder what instrument she most wanted to make with the grass. Perhaps an advanced grass whistle? A grass flute? The makings of a slide whistle? The possibilities were massive. But she would have to have a decision by the time they reached the tree with the fruit. Diva considered that the meeting spot for her and Jin so that would be her workstation.
