((hey guys calm down i know you've been waiting a while but i'm waiting for Dampfoot to actually post and i haven't seen any posts from Sunpaw in here... you don't actually know that we're missing yet... because we don't even know what's happened yet...))
Mooneye started to move down the bank of the river sniffing the whole way down. traces of snow were still present and it made the water ice cold to touch, hopefully Sunpaw had washed up on the banks before the water could really grip her. She didn't even check to see if Dampfoot was in toe. She could smell her scent behind her and feel the small vibrations in her footfalls. She lifted her head and took in a long breath of air trying to catch even the slightest hint of a scent. She thought she caught something... but she wasn't sure. She turned her ear toward Dampfoot and whispered "Do you smell that?"
((Sunpaw i have no idea where you are... could you give me some hint and the others as well? it's kind of hard to move on from this point without any direction :] .))

Ravenfang was cautiously trying to look around camp without alerting anyone to what she was doing.
Leopardpelt went back into her den to check on the Riverclan apprentice. She seemed fine, her heat was beating and her lungs sounded clear when she listened to them.

((Oh thank you dragondancer i've read it up to here and i see how long it's been sorry about that.... sigh... and as much as this is going to hurt Mooneye's ego .... i'm about to have her do something that'll give them an excuse for taking so long.... grr))
Mooneye could feel the cold starting to seep into her paws. She hadn't used her legs like this in so long. You didn't get much excercise sitting around the camp all day like an elder. As soon as she had the the thought she felt an imediate freezing blistering burning pain that all of a sudden was crippling her leg. She yowled in pain and fell to her belly. Maybe something had bitten her... A snake? Were there even snakes near where they were? As if to answer her question she heard the almost silent slithering of a serpent in the undergrowth near the river. Mooneye was out of breath as she struggled with the pain in her front foreleg. She could already feel the pain beginning to spread. She squeezed her unseeing eyes shut tight in pain. "Stupid snake!" She managed to hiss out of breath. She had no idea how far away they were to any cat that would know what to do. But she knew that there was no way she would be able to walk. "Dampfoot," She wheezed, "Dampfoot you ...you ...have to find....help." She gasped as her leg throbbed.
((umm guys i'm not actually sure where Dampfoot is at the moment so it would be kind of helpful if someone could just stumble upon us sweatdrop i have read the rp and i know it's supposed to be cold and some cats were out waiting for Riverclan and it's too cold... but i don't really know what else to do. I can't get in contact with Dampfoot sad ))

Icestar narrowed her gaze. Her head whipped around to Bronzepaw. "Get back in Leopardpelt's den!" she hissed. Then she brought her attention back to the intruders. "Can either of you tell me where in the Warrior Code it's okay to walk into another clan's camp without an escort?" she snarled. "Lionheart!" she yowled in her leader-like tone. "Go search out the territory. Question anyone who doesn't have ThunderClan scent." she instructed.
Lionheart nodded, racing out of camp. He first bolted towards the RiverClan border and caught scent of something right away. As he got closer, he peered over a bush to see Dampfoot, RiverClan's deputy hovering over an elder, who was yowling in pain. "What's going on over here?" he asked, tone sharp. He had no intention of attacking them, he only wanted to know their story.

Crystaleye felt temper flare. "We didn't have an escort because no one else would go with us. We already sent two cats out and they didn't return. You can't blame us for being worried about our Clanmates. We just wanted to know where Sunpaw is, and where Dampfoot and Mooneye is."
Bronzepaw stood, defiantly, for a minute, than ran inside the medicine cat;s den.

"It's okay, Bronzepaw." She said after the apprentice hurried past her into the den. She went to join the group of cats gathered around the entrance.
Ravenfang nodded, trying to support her fellow clanmate. "Wouldn't you be worried if you were put in our situation?" She said definantly, but she looked down after with worry.

Mooneye tilted her head toward the unfamiliar cat's voice. Her heart pounded with relief rather than fear that they had been discovered by a cat on which their territory they were intruding. Despite her pride she couldn't help but admit to herself that she might not be able to pull herself out of this one. "A snake." She hissed. She could feel her leg throbbing and the fur on her bitten leg felt sticky. She couldn't see it but she could smell the blood and was intelligent enough to guess that she had lost alot of it. She didn't have the energy to tell the whole story, hopefully Dampfoot would realize that and explain. But before she could mew anything else, she lost her grip and fell unconscious.
((I'm sorry guys I really don't know where Dampfoot is. She I take over her character? Just for now? Her presence is kind of necessary at this point. I'll try sending her another pm though too.))

Icestar narrowed her gaze on the intruders. "Of course I would be worried. But that gives you absolutely no right to tresspass on my territory!" she growled, displeased with the warriors behavior. "You said that Dampfoot came by here? Perhaps Lionheart has found them."
Lionheart nodded, but then soon realized who he was speaking with. It was Mooneye, a blind elder. "Don't worry Mooneye, it's Lionheart, I come in peace. Hold still, and I'll help you get out." he mewed calmly.

Dampfoot looked up with anxiety in her eyes. She recognized this cat from gatherings. "We're sorry. We don't mean to be trespassing we were looking for an apprentice that was swept away by the river, and then Mooneye got bitten, I didn't want to leave her to find help." Dampfoot's naturally calm mood was definitely useful at the moment. She looked at Mooneye and at Lionheart.
Mooneye had the urge to snap at him in protest but decided better of it, not wanting her nasty attitude to cause her clan anymore trouble than they were already in with the missing apprentices and all. She nodded once with a painful wince. It would be better to get help now so she would at least live and yowl about being mistaken for a helpless elder later. The one chance i had in proving myself and i really messed it up didn't i?
She immediately felt selfish for even having the thought, this was about Sunpaw not her, and then she just let her body hang limp, and tried to move as little as possible to make carrying her easier.

"You're aprentice is safe within my den. She cannot walk yet, but she will recover." She hurredly said, she didn't want to cause anymore fighting.
Ravenfang nodded at the Thunderclan cat who seemed to be their medicine cat. "What about Mooneye and Dampfoot? Are they there too?"

Icestar shook her head. "No, we've only found Sunpaw. Blizzardpaw found her, accually." she mewed, glancing at her apprentice. "But that is why I've sent out Lionheart, if he finds anything, he'll report back to me."
Lionheart grabbed Mooneye gently by the scuff on her neck. He ignored her fidgeting and pulled her safely to even ground. "This bite needs to be taken care of. Dampfoot, help me carry her back to camp." he mewed, already starting to lift the elder again.

Crystaleye let out a relieved breath. "Sunpaw's here. Thank StarClan! Hopefully Mooneye and Dampfoot are here as well!"
Bronzepaw stuck her head out of the medicine cat's den, studying the RiverClan cats.

Dampfoot immediately helped Mooneye with her front leg, it shouldn't be dragged on the ground, She shouldered some of the weight and let Lionheart lead the way back to the Thunderclan camp.

Lionheart gently walked with Mooneye on his shoulder. Careful not to cause any discomfort, he walked with Dampfoot until they reached camp. "Can you hold her steady through the entrance. I have to tell Icestar." he mewed. Without waiting for an answer, he slipped inside. "Icestar, I've found them. Mooneye is injured. Dampfoot and I carried her here." he informed.
Icestar nodded, then looked back at the other warriors of RiverClan. "The two of you should go home. I will take care of Mooneye and Sunpaw. The gathering is about to start, and we need to get there. Dampfoot, Ravenfang and Crystaleye, we will take you to the gathering, along with Lionheart, Spicepelt, Leafstorm and I." she glanced at her medicine cat. "I do hope you don't mind staying here, Leopardpelt."

Bronzepaw started to whine, "Can I go to the Gathering?"
Crystaleye nodded slowly, and whispered to Ravenfang, "We're going to get in so much trouble once Torrenstar sees us at the Gathering."
