EDIT: Anyone on the black list who has completed any owed art, please let me know so I can put APPEALED next to your name so all will know you are in good standing again. Tell me what page it was on for proof. I can understand how time sometimes gets the better of us and we just simply forget, I'm not going to be a jerk about being late with art, especially to those with first time offenses. But rules are rules and they are needed here. It is just a formality. I know there are some of you on the list who are in good standing again, so I'm just trying to make the list accurate so you don't get passed over for drawing in error. So if your name is on the front page's black list, this would be a good time to make things right by drawing what you owe! 3nodding
