Amercian food retaurant. The "steak" is mostly a reference to the fact that they make their burger meat from steak cuts and stuff.

-Huh. Interesting. I life in Southern Cali, and we don't have a Steak and Shake. We have the usual Burger places. BK, McDonalds, Wendy's, etc.

-Basically. You find them everywhere. My favourite burger place was the McDonalds in Vancouver. It had a fire place outside, and inside (Due to the cold weather). Wooden flooring, and wooden ceiling. Plasma tv's for each table. Godly.
