*as he goes to take another sip of his drink, his phone alerts him of a new text. Setting his glass down, he reaches into his pocket to check the message and sees it's just Tes telling him that he already made and ate lunch without him* rolleyes
It seems if I wish for a meal that is at least luke warm rolleyes , I should be heading back downstairs.
*tucks his phone away and finishes up his drink before standing*
It was a pleasure meeting you, Zephit, and nice seeing you again, although briefly, miss Liada.

Liada's tail swayed and lightly tapped Zephit on the leg. Hoping that her reassuring smile showed him that she didn't mean anything by trying to embarrass him by calling him adorable. That's really sweet of you hun, but I hope I'm not the only reason you would want to come here when there's a lot of other great folks like Ryzan and Kits to get to know. She waves and hugs Kits as she heads off for home. Good night Kits! We gotta catch up more later! She then waved to Ryzan as he got up to head back downstairs to his chambers. Good to see you too again Ryzan.

"See you later, Ryzan, Kits~" Zephit gives Kits a light hug as she leaves, and waves goodbye to Ryzan. Then turns his attention back to Liada, with another feline grin, his tail flicking at hers softly.
"I like all the people here a lot. They are fun to spend time with. Some of them even dress very fancy like Ryzan." Zephit nodded, before shaking his head and continuing.
"I like seeing them, but I come here to see you. If I hadn't met you, I might've stopped coming."

Liada blushed at that comment. She really wasn't used to so much praise like this from someone she only just met. Taking a sip of her drink she moved her chair closer to Zephit since the others had left. Th-thank you Zeph...that's really kind of you to say.

He shook his head, feeling like he didn't need to be thanked at all. Zephit reached out when Liada came closer, resting his his hand on top of hers. Then he looked over to her with a small, honest smile.
"Thank you, Liada. For being incredible enough to let me experience these feelings, that I never thought I'd feel again. Even if it just turns out to be a crush, I'm very happy." He felt so confident, just from touching her hand.
"Also, you look very adorable when you blush." He added, and kissed her cheek.

The kiss succeeded in making Liada blush harder with Zeph's confession. At least he understood that this may lead to be only a crush. She squeezed his hand as she got her grin back and using her free hand scratched behind his ears. You're one to talk, you were just as cute when you blushed just now. Her tail continued to rub against his leg. Strangely finding comfort in this closeness with him.

Zephit felt his cheeks warm, producing a light blush. When she began to scratch his ears, his confidence waned even more, and he fell to instincts. Leaning into her, Zephit had no ability to resist nuzzling Liada's neck and purring quietly.
"Y-you are very sweet to me. I feel almost inappropriately comfortable with you." He mentioned quietly, giving her neck a soft kiss.

She smiled when he started to purr. He really was so much like a cat that she didn't mind the nuzzling. See I told you you're just as bad with the bluuu----Her words froze when he kissed her neck. It caught her off guard and she tried to resist the urge to shiver at the sweet feeling from it. Her skin got goosebumps from the sudden bit of affection.

Everything had gotten quiet in the middle of her sentence, so Zephit pulled away to make sure the world hadn't frozen. His heart was fluttering in his ears, so he knew at least he was still moving, but he gave a concerned look to Liada.
"Are you alright, beautiful?" He asked quietly, caressing her cheek with his hand. Liada looked almost shocked. "D-did I do something wrong?"

"L-like right now." He mentioned in a whisper, sliding his hand down to her neck. "K-kissing you is what seems natural. You probably don't want me to do that, right?"

Liada closed her eyes as he moved his hand. The brush of his fingers continued to raise goosebumps all along her spine and her tail started to stand on end. She took a deep breath before trying to focus back on the topic at hand. W-well....its not necessarily a bad thing....its just very sudden. When we only met a couple days ago..... redface

"Y-yeah, it is really sudden. I-I find myself really sure though." Zephit brushed his thumb back and forward across her neck, staring at her with wide, apologetic eyes.
"F-forgive me if I'm being too affectionate. I find you much too lovely to resist for very long." Gently he played with her fingers with his other hand, and his tail absently wrapped around her legs.

Her heartbeat was starting to beat faster at his touch. She should not be feeling like this....Her head tilted without thinking leaning more into his hand. You shouldn't be apologizing so much....you're just acting out of instinct....but how could you be so sure of this....? Her ears fell flat and her tail moved to brush against his.
