To tell the truth, this has probebly been coming for a good five months or so now.
I mean, they were ADDING a bunch of things. I guess they thought that this change would acually :shudder: IMPROVE Gaia.
I should've seen it coming after the home changed.

It really isn't that much of a big deal, but people have to complain so the admins can adjust to it.
Now if I were an admin, I'd just tell them to go screw themselves and find another site. I can't stand listening to people complain about something unless they had a real good reason to.

Yeah. If you look at the GCD, theres ALWAYS somebody complaining about a new feature, no matter how little it affects the site. I saw somebody complaining that the gaia store moved to an independent domain. I don't really see the problem in that. neutral And alot of people were complaining about the slight increase in ads. Hey- gaia is remaining a free site; that's good enough for me.
I've never come across something that I REALLY dislike on gaia. The montly collectables were loosing their touch and going downhill at some point, but not enough to really get under my skin.

Well where there's free stuff, there's cheap people who abuse it. You'd get used to it after awhile. It's not our problem that they're childish.
Monthly collectibles don't matter much to me. Some of them are pretty cool (like the Mochi thing), but they're just so expensive to afford. The prices are outrageous.
I'm also not a person who likes to clad themself of expensive stuff, so I just put on stuff that looks cool on my avi.
But other than that, I guess there really isn't anything to be complaining about.

People complain beacuse of the great expectations that Gaia holds. Everyone is boasting about the fact that Gaia is ranked very high in the internet polls and not what, but no one realizes that if not for the complainers, Gaia wouldn't know what NOT to change and what TO change.
As for the layout, once again, I hate it. The old layout was perfect and I still don't know why they changed it in the first place. They should have a button to change the layout for the Gaia for a single person, that way, everyone would be content with this. Well, save for the people complaining about the previous layout. Screw them.

Can we change the subject. Talking about the new layout is just, well, weird. Some of us hate it and some of us accept it, but you know. Gaia did there best to make it and that's that.
