Crawleymang~ Those are okay. but this is better.. www.rita-g.com Photography is much easier. Especially when the model is hot enough to do all the work for you.

Actually, it depends. In this case, most of the photographs on that sight weren't touched; they were well taken photos, but I've seen photo edits that're Godly before. And the splash page's image is fairly easy to through together; make a rough shape in white on a layer above the photo's, use Bevel & Emboss, Texture, and Color Overlay, make a few circles in it - slap some resized versions of other photos in there, put a real simple Bevel & Emboss'd text with a dark blue color [light blue'd've looked cooler], and you got what's on there. Lowered the opacity some, and I think he has a very small Drop Shadow, now that I look at it - all Blending Options.
Not bad though. Plus, models make photos +5 better.
