Hehe whee heart
And how old are people in the different grades? In Norway we have a different system I think.. I`m taking higher education, so that when I finish (in one more year) I have the right to call myself a goldsmith whee

hmmm well i'll have to count backwards becuase i forgot but lets see if i just finished 10th grade and im 15 (turning 16 in july) then in 9th i was 14 and in 8th i was 13 and in 7th i was 12 and in 6th i was 11
so if your talking about any given grade its useally either my age or one year higher or one year younger depeding on when they were born whee

I think in Norway it`s like this:
-6 years old - "Kindergarden"
1-7grade: 6-12 years - "Elementary school"
8-10grade: 12/13-15 years old - "High school"
(age depending on when you`re born)
and then you go to "collage" where you can specialize on a subject or take arts/crafts etc. It varies how many years it takes until you are educated.

that sounds nice here they are making you decide what you want to be in 7th grade and if you arent 100% sure by 10th grade they get mad at you and tell you to decide there it sounds like you have more time smile

Ouch! That's like having to decide what you want to do with your life when you're 12 years old! That's insane gonk
I've been in "college" for 5 years now this summer... ninja
In Norway you can take a full education without paying anything (exept books and materials you use) and I guess that's the most common thing to do, although you can go to private schools but there aren't that many of them.
And we have something called (directly translated) "Peoples highschool". It's not like a "real" school, but you can choose to learn different things.

You can't expect a 12 year old to know (and choose) what to do with his/her life... ninja
So what did you choose? wink
