The card spoke softly to Luka. "I am the best, you know it, and now they do to. call on my power whenever you need to remind them of this fact." it said as a image of Nyx appeared on the card.

Belarus heard the card, turned her head, and looked to Heavy, She was still on the ground, her dress torn even more now on the skirt as tears filled her eyes. She didn't know how to ask him, so she just stayed there a while longer, sobbing softly. She didn't know how to handle herself. She didn't know what she was supposed to do. She could imagine looking for him one day just to find he had left her... that thought filled her tears even more as she kept a gentle gaze on him. She then heard Haku, looking to her, shaking her head before pausing, "I... I do not know...." Her accent was even thicker than normal, too upset to get her English very clear.

Haku looked down, feeling awkward and tried to keep a small distance between her and Natalia more for Natalia's safety. She herself was still pretty down, so she didn't want the girl in front of her to get caught in her aura of depression. "I'm better at listening... Than I am talking... If you need to, I'll be there..."
Luka rubbed at her eyes as she looked to her card. She stood up, lifting Toeto as she did, before she had the small girl sit on her hip. She felt alone again, just like at home. Meiko and Haku were already making new friends. Luka looked from them to the card before she walked off to the side of the group away from everyon else...

Natalia glanced over to Heavy before looking to Haku, she couldn't help herself as she started telling her, "I'm... I'm afraid I'm scaring off... scaring off the man I love again..." She looked down, her voice still thick with accent as she wiped the tears from her eyes the best she could.

<"That's it!? I was expecting something more frightening! More grotesque!"> Maybe if he kept speaking German, then the ghost would, too. Strange that it was supposed to be him, but barely had an accent. It was also strange he seemed to be easily accepting the fact that this was some sort of physical manifestation of a part of his psyche. Now if he could just get it to shut up. So Medic continued to charge, with a considerable limp, to try to get it to do just that.

After that last attack, Raidou was exhausted. Without the necessary MAG, Masakado returned to his tube. Raidou fell to one knee, breathing heavily. Switching between demons for two difficult battles was just to much for him. Still, he used his katana to lift himself back up, but only to fall down again. Also, the wound on his shoulder from the knife attack, started to bleed. However, it wasn't enough to be fatal. "Damnit..." He thought while holding his hand to the wound to halt the bleeding.

We all get some sort of sick and twisted delight from torturing our characters either physically, mentally, or emotionally. twisted )) Oomizu looked to the lift and hopped on. "It's going up... Is that where we're supposed to go?" She had seen the boards on the other side, but with what she was used to that meant those would flip over once at the top which meant they'd be free-falling towards the cliff below...((ok, I have GOT to stop playing MHFU. It's taking up all my free time! xp )) The lift continued it's way up, until it showed that there was nothing at the top. "That's the one thing I hate about this place.." Joseph muttered to himself as the lift moved over it's wheel axis and instead lifted them downwards. During the way down, he happened to see a few spider webs a little bigger then normal. Most of which sent shivers down Joseph's spine.

((rawr me too XD. sorry i got absorbed into the Terran conflict universe cause i figured out how to hack the game XD so now im the richest biggest n deadliest mofo in the game *evil laugh!* ))
Looked at the medic, then at the shadow medic. "Maybe it just wants you to admit your not a real doctor?"
Souji sighed as he looked over to Raidou. "Just a lilttle more... i can sense a exit near by" he said.

((Man! I'm being forced to go to bed soon because of freaking school starting Monday! DX I only have time for one quick post. I'm so sorry guys. =( ))
Oomizu was thankful they were dumped over, but the big spiderwebs made her uncomfortable. The first thing she hated besides stupip/ anoying people repeating themselves were needles. In a close second, she hated spiders. She didn't say anything. In fact, she hoped Joseph didn't remember her hatred of spiders...

((huh? nope not yet, the name of this game is X3 Terran Conflict 2.0 Aldrin missions XD its so intense and so much to do that its a given that you will play the game for months on end O.o before you get half way through the storyline XD ))
The shadow medic grinned as he easily dodged the medic's attacks. As he got close enough he rushed and got behind medic. it all happened so fast. The shadow medic grinned as he tossed a few blades at the original medic

Now, Medic considered himself pretty decent at combat when the need arose. He'd been able to kill each and every class of the RED team more than once. So it came as a bit of a surprise when the monster that was supposed to be part of him moved faster than the Scout and threw knives at him. Under normal circumstances, Medic would most likely have been able to evade at least some of the blades, but with his still injured leg, it just wasn't going to go in his favor. The German cried out in pain, falling forward, bracing himself with his palms. Yeah, in his state, he really shouldn't be fighting, but then who else would make that thing shut up?
