So I went out to eat today, went to see Final Destination5 ( loved it like the others ) with the GF, we came home and picked up my brother and niece, brought them out to the park by the beach and had fun playing!
Oh and I love my new hair style!

Camwen Exxos My best friend and little sister are ENGAGED! This calls for a toast or something! Yay! Huge congrats Exxos!! *pours champagne for everyone who wants some* *Takes a glass and holds it up.* For those you know and those who don't, my little sister and best friend are the most cherished people in my life – I'd be completely lost without them. They've brought me through so much and are true gems upon this earth. It is a happy occasion in that they have, upon this day, taken this step towards union and it is a relief upon my nervous heart knowing that they are in each other's capable hands. Salut! *Downs his champagne and a couple more for good measure.* xd

Camwen *clinks Exxos' glass* Salut! xd Have they set a date? Not specifically. He says they are going to plan Tuesday since he's swamped at work on Mondays. But they are looking at January/February 2012 as most likely to beat the Florida heat as well as the most likely as many people can come. People have to come in from Mississippi, Alabama, Ontario, New York, Nevada (my sorry butt xd ), and the Czech Republic, so even a small wedding requires a massive logistical effort.

I hate to dim the celebratory vibe...but if we could just have a moment of silence and pray for the fallen Canadian NDP leader Jack Layton. He was a great man who was full of promise who never gave up the fight for the little guy, so to speak. A leader who was so vibrant through his days as a government figure who instilled pride in the hearts of the hard working Canadian public, especially those that work so hard at living when they almost have nothing. A man of the people who reached out to those who supported him, went into their communities to hear their concerns and did what he could to comfort them. A man of courage, a man with zeal, a man that had so much pride and yet never used it to put himself on a higher plain then those he reached out to support him.
So please, if you will, raise a glass to fallen leaders with hearts on their sleeves and fires in their words; may the fire never go out.
