seriously, Don Kuro has lost it! eek I'm diggin' this epic stpryline, Luca is a cultist now, sold his soul and body to an exiled God!? such drama!!
also, I'm thoroughly diggin' the Armband and the message I got from Countess Ambrosia with it... perfectly complimented by Day Of The Dead items and my avatar's standard style.

Mangawise, I wonder what will become of the Don and by proxy the gang? Selling his soul and all, I think Gaia's setting us up for another plot death. If the Don does kick the bucket at this plotline's resolution, that will have some interesting implications for the Kuro Gang.

Seriously.. I'm really not sure what they're going to do about it..
Though, it might end up being like what happened with the VonHelson arc before, where they killed off Louie's father what's-his-face and then Louie took over and made them (relatively) docile. If Luca goes down in the end, Cordell will probably take over and do the same.. maybe even bridge a Vampire/Dark Elf alliance.. who knows?C:< never! [/maniacal laugh]

I'm starting to get the feeling that the writers didn't think this completely through and are now going to d**k around with the story line and end with a kludgy ending. Cordell may as well be the next leader, but it's going to be a trainwreck to get to that point.

Well, it doesn't have to be a train-wreak. From what I've read, they've managed to keep things together pretty well. The set up both groups, the Vampires more than the Dark Elves and I feel like this whole thing is going to open up more of the Dark Elven world. Perhaps or they could screw it up.

The Gaia writers have had a long history of screwing up plots and characters. They are rarely consistent, and poorly foreshadow the plot points. Characters also seem to come out of nowhere and later disappear with just as little explanation, provided they aren't a shop NPC everyone's familiar with.

Well, a person can hope. A werewolf outbreak? There was a werewolf thing. I starting to feel like I should read through all of the comics and not just those few at the top. There is so much to catch up with apparently.
