So. . .what's the plan for the academy. Can't really go up in rank if I haven't got a school to train in. ^_^

Well...Xen did.... And Kimiko will as soon as she learns Substitution. You just have to build up your character till they meet the requirements to become a Genin before the Exams... but you'll have to train like a mad man because as I understand it they're soon.

Oh, no no, go to the academy forum, it explains the process you have to go through to learn each jutsu. Here.
Henge no Jutsu: I decided to use this skill as the first Jutsu to learn. The children's determination will flow faster if I introduce a Jutsu to them first. During this exercise, I used these rules: Roll a 1d20. You must get an 11 or higher to successfully complete hand seal and transform into a crude image of the object. (We used a large stone) It was required of each student to successfully attempt this 5 times for the first day of training. I had each student post the following stats with each training post; Cp: Train: ?/5 Experience: ?/100 If a student successfully performed the jutsu, he was awarded +1 Experience and -2Cp. If a student failed an attempt, he would lose -1Cp. To regain Cp they had to rest for one post to gain back +2Cp. Part II The final part of the training is done much like the first. I picked an object for the students to transform into, by using the seal of the tiger or sheep, they would transform. After they did their transformation, I would make them hold it for 2 minutes. Cp: -2 for succesful transformation + -1 per minute held Train: ?/4 Experience: +10 Experience for completion Formula: 1d20 + Chakra Control DC: 10 To regain Cp the would have to rest for one post and recieve +1Cp.
Nawanuke no Jutsu I will tie two students together using my Rope Skill (1d20 + 1d10 + Use Rope(Dex)) The students will each roll a (1d20 + Escape Artist(Dex)) and add their totals together. If they beat my score they have successfully untied themselves. If not, they must try again to beat the same number. They must do this 3 times to complete training and will recieve 10 experience points.
Bunshin no Jutsu For the first part of the Bunshin training, the students would practice their handseals;Tiger boar ox and dog while building up their chakra. DC: 10 Formula: 1d20 + Chakra Control Train: ?/5 Experience: +1 when handseals have been completed. Points: +1 Chakra Control No cp cost and no hp deduction. Part II The second part of the training would be to create the actual clones by using the hand seals. To successfully create a clone, the student would have to have a total of 5. At every incriment of 5, the student would make a clone. 5 = 1 clone (-1cp) 10 = 2 clones (-2cp) 15 = 3 clones (-3cp) 20 = 4 clones (-4cp) If a student only has 3 CP then he cannot create 4 clones, even if his total is 20. Resting for one post will gain back +2Cp. The must successfully complete the jutsu 4 times, disregarding how many clones they create. Formula: 1d20 + Chakra Control Train: ?/4 Experience: +1 for every clone
Kawamiri no Jutsu To learn this technique, I took the students out to the forest and made bundles of wood for them to use to practice. I made two different exercises for this Jutsu, because of inactivity. First, would be the solo training. The student would pretend that his opponent was coming at him with a strength of 3. Formula: 3 + 10 = DC: 13 Kawamiri Formula = 1d20 + Kawamiri Train: 4/4 Experience: +10 Points: +1 Kawamiri Second, would be the students who were practicing in pairs. One student would attack using the formula: 1d10 + Str. Then the defensive student would use their opponents total + 10 to create their DC. They would then use the formula 1d20 + Kawamiri. Train: 4/4 Experience: +10 Points: +1 Kawmiri
Kakuremino no Jutsu (Cloak of Invisibility Technique) This jutsu is where one uses a cloak or a piece of cloth to make oneself blend in with the background, interpreting oneself invisible. I had the students practice with eachother by using their spot checks. All the students would hide while one student would count to 10 while the others hid. Once they were hid, the student counting would use a Spot check to find them. Formula: 1d20 + Hide(Dex) DC: ^^^Whatever that comes out too^^^ Formula: 1d20 + Spot(Wis) Train: Successfully hide 3/3 Experience: +3 for each successful hide Points: +1 Hide and +1 Spot

Eh, just wing it. I had Xen get scrolls on what to do from the library, or you can have you Parents tell you what to do, or you can just make an obscure reference to having researched what to do. It's all fair game really.
