Father Blood Drench Robo Crush saw that GLC book today.... tempted to pick it up but decided to consult Kilowog first. (He looks very good on the cover, though.) Meanstwhile I picked up the Paul Pope "Solo", two "X-Factor"s, and American Virgin #4! surprised Tasty tasty comic goodness all around.

Father B.D. Robo Crush Father Blood Drench Robo Crush saw that GLC book today.... tempted to pick it up They stuffed it in my hold box, so I grabbed it. I give it a big fat "Meh." Art: Bad. Dialogue: Stuffy and disjointed. Storyline: Didnt make me care. Layout: Also disjointed. Seemed to skip randomly, as if I had missed a page. Once upon a time, GLC was a good book. Now, its just too much green, nothing and nobody stands out. I dont really get into the relationships/challenges they are trying to build up. Maybe it might be better in trade, but at three bucks a pop, I cant afford another monthly mediocre novelisation.

Been checking Scans_Daily impulsively and paying more attention during discussion than contributing to them. So I've kept up with most stuff. Enough to get my Potato articles done, at least.
