>.> well yeah you have to report them directly to an admin anyway. I've reported... 2 or 3 mods since I've been on gaia.

I don't think you can report a mod, or at least not like regular users, but I'm sure there's something somewhere about letting Gaia be aware of Mod Abuse/not following procedures/other similar things.

¤════════════════════════════¤ Well, I guess I can ask first... and see what kind of result I get. I mean, you get warnings and s**t for spamming, trolling, etc... before you actually get banned. Should have the same procedure, no? ¤════════════════════════════¤

What kind of Mod was Val? Think he may be able to help figure out what you should do?

Val was a forum assistant (the low mod on the mod pole) You're better off asking Raxa since he's one step below omni. I still suggest going straight to an admin since it's their job to review mods and keep them in line. this section of gaia has a ton of admins.

Forgot about Raxa. Though I still didn't know how high up either were anyway.
I'm just wondering if there could be some problems with doing this.
Like maybe the Mod could say Rayne was being persistent about keeping it in her signature and refusing to take it off or something. Maybe the Admin will think Rayne may just be a whiny noob or something and not give a second thought.
This would likely not happen at all, but I'm just a little worried that if handled wrong, Rayne could be in more "trouble" than she is now. I think I might rather ask a Mod that I knew what could be done or if it could get worse.

She can't get in more trouble. All she needs to do is contact the admin and in a clear and concise format explain the issue. It's a very valid issue. Now if she had received a warning and then a sig removal and was like wahmbulance OMG my sig kadfklajklfdjadf WHY!?@! then I'd be like case lost but that did not happen. She wasn't notified, therefore the removal and fine is unnecessary.

¤════════════════════════════¤ Yeah yeah, working on it. I'm not going to bother with a moderator.. they all like to stick up for each other even if one or all are in the wrong. ._. I learned this with my last signature ban.. ¤════════════════════════════¤

Maybe since her signature has been banned before, Gaia was counting that as a warning or something? Like, maybe they assumed that for her signature to be over the limit again, she must have done it on purpose after already being told it was too big? (Not that I really think she DID do it on purpose, but maybe this is how Gaia is looking at it... Don't hurt me! sweatdrop )

Nah, I've never received a warning before, actually. I did get a nudge from a moderator back in January but that was when I had the "tell me before banning my signature!" text, in my signature. I was actually shocked she did it, to be honest. @-@ I just think they are not follow proper procedures. I mean... they give warnings for everything else, signatures shouldn't really be that different. ¤════════════════════════════¤
