It had been following her since she left the Inn. A black mass that melded itself perfectly with the blanket of night surrounding the grounds. Slithering amongst the shadows in perfect stealth and silence it crept in a wide arcing motion to get in front of her. Or rather..to hide behind a tree. The black mass became a solid substance. He thought for a moment of just touching her as she walked by the tree he hid behind, but since he felt like speaking and not scaring the living hell out of her. He opted to do just that. "You know" he said aloud so she could gauge where he was by the sound. "We couldn't help but.....overhear, or rather, we couldn't help but watch from our usual spot in the bar of what transpired. We could sit here and taunt you endlessly about what a fool you are falling for someone like Reeve. But we do not feel the need to waste our breath. We do wish to know though" He said stepping out slowly from behind the tree, showing that he was dressed in his usual black attire boots and all, his arms folded over his chest and his eyes closed for some reason. "Why you choose to remain at his side when he keeps doing these things that upset you. Sometimes, we think the reason we have not killed you aside from Aliator's protection is because you are the most puzzling and interesting creature walking these grounds. What you preach to us, and what you then do yourself seem so at ends." A quiet swishing sound seemed to break the silence as he finished talking. His tail, though hard to see because it too blended in well with the darkness was for some reason or another excitedly shifting back and forth behind him.

Yawgmoth had planned on keeping his eyes closed and 'seeing' through the darkness around him using his control of it but..her words were such a shock he blinked his crimson hues open, mouth agape and all for a moment before realizing he was doing this. He stopped and coughed once. "Wait wait wait wait." he said uncrossing his arms from his chest and holding one hand palm open to her like a crossing guard would signal 'stop'. "You mean you're actually leaving Reeve on your own free will? You're ahem, breaking up so to speak?" Yawgmoth asked in complete and utter disillusionment.

"We have to say, for being as we are. To people like you we are....barbaric, tyrannical, egocentric, bah the list goes on. But despite all of that, we know what love is. Even if you do not believe so simply because we have expressed desires to ******** other women. This does not mean we do not love our Crow. We actually have the most understanding woman in the universe. We don't honestly believe any other could put up with our nature as she does. So you see, because of this....this understanding we have of this crazy emotion. We never once believed that Reeve loved you and for such a smart girl as you we were hoping you'd realize that sooner than now." Yawgmoth said actually coming across..sort of...caring for her state of being at the moment. Which coming from him must've sounded completely strange to her. "As you said to us the other night, he was the first to show you genuine interest and so you fell for him. Without bothering to know more. A mistake we think you have grown from now. It will hurt you. No healing power in all the universe will stop it." Yawgmoth said with a sigh. He kind of felt bad for the poor fool. Placing one of his large hand on her shoulders. "Well, despite our villainous intents. We are here. For now. Should you need to speak with someone." he added as the soft swishing sound diminished, his tail no long flicking back and forth.

Yawgmoth's expression turned sour at her last statement and he almost felt the need to slap her to her senses. Instead he just scoffed. "You're nothing but a child that's why. Sometimes, it takes awhile. You cannot simply abandon hope because of a few incidents. We could boggle your mind with our age and how long we waited to find Crow. In your case you do not have the same longevity as we, but, that does not mean that for the real love to find you, you won't have to wait. Because you will. You will have to wait. But." he said with a loud sigh closing his eyes down again and 'seeing' through the darkness of the outside. "When it comes, the wait will have felt like nothing. For the joy of true love out weighs even a wait as long as ours. Hopefully, you will not suffer a long wait." he said. With a small grin on his face he leaned in a little bit. "We mean, take yourself seriously for a moment. You're not repulsive by any means, you are certainly easy on the eyes, you're smart enough and witty enough to match heads with someone as knowledgeable about the workings of the universe as we are. And you have this..." Yawgmoth snapped his fingers trying to think of the word. When it came to explaining things sometimes he found speaking this language was harder than it should be. "this irresistible aura about you. We believe it stems from the fact that you're the shy quiet book worm who just happens to be quite attractive. Don't ask why, something about the workings of male brains is attracted by that. And even we, in our long life, have yet to figure out the male brain. So just take our word for it for now hmm? In the end you must not be so discouraged over someone like Reeve." Yawgmoth concluded with a solemn nod of his head.

"Exquisite. That works too." he stated with a shrug. Opening his crimson eyes once more Yawgmoth's lips curled into a grin. "See. that is what you need to have. That some day your one will come. Despite our...obsession as you put it, with you. We are both aware that neither of us are 'the one' for the other as you find our mannerisms repulsive and we already have our one. But. " he thought for a moment, should he really say that? No. He stopped himself. "But never mind. Let's not get onto more of that stuff. You need to think of something else. Get your mind off of it, else it will only hurt more. So then" Yawgmoth began anew looking around them. "We hope you've been practicing. Did you manage without us there to guide you? We are curious to know."

"Have you mastered it then? Or if you have not, can you at least run using it yet?" Yawgmoth asked lowering his gaze in a glare that she was sulking like this. Stupid really, they had just discussed that she shouldn't give up and yet she was still wallowing in pain. But it didn't matter, she'd get over it he thought. Tilting his head to the left cracking the neck bone and then to the right doing the same he sighed softly folding his arms against his broad chest again, leaning against the tree he had stepped out behind lazily.

"Then we will judge when you believe you have gained all you can gain from it." Yawgmoth responded with a light nod. Blinking for a moment he laughed and shook his head from side to side. "We could tell you of the things we ran into learning how to stop, but we would rather keep our image as a super human villain who makes no mistakes with his techniques." he said with a wink of right eye in her direction. "But we are aware the technique is hard, the fact that you can run after only a day or so says something. We think you have some deep determination, why is this?"

Pausing for a moment, Yawgmoth chose his words carefully. "While your goal is admirable, it is in vain. With super powers like Aliator and us walking around, how can you hope to grow strong enough to survive if either of us were to assault you? The truth of the matter is you cannot. Yet for some strange twisted reason, you don't have to worry about that. Aliator will surely never lay a finger on you, and we only taunt you with words and magic tricks that amuse us. We haven't actually harmed you in....quite a long while if we remember correctly. So, all you need to be able to do is survive everyone else who isn't the two of us hmmm?" he said with a quizzical expression. "For the moment you have nothing else to work for, but as we were just discussing there are some things in life which you believe you will never have when you will. Those you must work towards also, you are quite aware of this are you not?"
