She gives a grin at his challenge and swigs her drink. Ohhh? A name I'd really like eh? Well I wish you the best of luck in that. All the same isn't a bad thing, I've just been alive too long to not like any of the names or nick names I've gotten over the centuries.

She raised an eyebrow at Zephit, wondering what it was that seemed to give him the feeling of being honored to hang out with someone. He looked friendly enough that he could make lots of friends so this shyness seemed a little odd. But then again it could be a cat thing. Well I'm glad I decided to come here to get my lunch from the JD and run into you. Its always nice meeting new folks around here and you'll meet plenty around this bar if you come often enough. Don't worry too much about getting a job right away, enjoy the town first, get to know folks. Something might just pop up before you know it. Taking a swig of her drink and finishing it off she gets up to throw away the bottle and then leans on the counter of the bar. Yea I've been here a bit now. I wanna say almost a year for me. I live with two friends of mine in the forest that's on the edge of town but I don't have a boyfriend. Haven't really been looking for one though either. sweatdrop

"Sounds like I've got something to think about then." Zephit accepted the challenge of finding her a name easily. A small smile on his face at the conversation so far.

"Yeah. I'm not going to worry unless I suddenly get bad at fighting." He said with a small smirk, hardly expect for that to ever happen. Being a cat had made him exceptionally good at being a fighter. Reflexes that most people could only hope for, after all. "I've just been trying to meet people when I have the time. Seems I keep running into beautiful women, who are unavailable for one reason or another."

"You live in the forest? That sounds really nice and quiet. Cities can get so loud sometimes." Zephit's eyes trailed to Liada curiously, watching her lean on the counter perhaps too intently. His tail swished and then he smiled. "Maybe one will find you, even though you aren't looking. Besides, cats aren't really boyfriends are they?" The second line delivered with a sheepish smile.

Well good, don't forget to check out the club next door or some of the other places around here in Geezerville. There's a lot to do so you shouldn't get too bored around here. Sitting up she walks back around the bar and stands next to her food order that was left on the bar. The forest is nice indeed. One of my room mates and I built around and inside this large tree to meet our needs and I also live downstairs as well since I became one of the MW ladies around here. So if I wanted to I can get away for a bit either here or there when I need to. When she noticed how Zephit was looking at her she blushed a bit. It had been awhile since she had been complimented so much by one guy despite being around others of more egotistical personalities. Well I'm sure the term boyfriend is defined in a lot of ways for some people, regardless of race, gender or....species in a sense...Her phone goes off and she sighs in relief to grab it. It was a text from Anira wondering how much longer she was gonna be on her break and she replied that she was on her way with lunch. Closing her phone she puts it in her pocket and picks up the food before opening a portal. Well break time's over. Time to get back to the lab. It was really nice to meet you Zephit and I hope you get to come by around here more and make more friends. I'm usually here around at night for a night cap. See ya around! She waves at him before slipping into the portal and closes it up, rushing back to the insanity that was the lab.

:: rushes over to the man with cat ears and starts reaching up to pet them, then stops suddenly when she realizes what she's doing ::

Zephit turned when someone shouted about a kitty. Honestly he was beyond confused and started looking for the kitten himself. Though everything became clear when the mystery woman reached up as if to pet his ears.

"H-hello..." Zephit couldn't help but blush, but leaned forward so his ears touched her hands. "Th-that's what you wanted, right?"

"Th-that's silly. I love it..." Zephit trailed off, his blush increasing as she rubbed at his ears. His cat instincts were winning over his reason, and he nuzzled into this strange woman's neck.

"Meow?" Zephit responded quietly as gravity took over his body. Falling out of his seat and into the floor his face turned impossibly brighter. He looked up at Miro like a frantic sheep, trying to smile apologetically.

"N-no that isn't it," he pleaded, "I-I'm j-just used to being a cat..."
