YES! My favorite dragon gets a cool new Dream World ability. ^_^ Multi-Scale it takes less damage from moves when it's HP is full. That could allow a Dragon Dance when normally you wouldn't get a chance. ^_^
Edit It's pre-evolutions get Miracle Scale. Which is cool but not all that useful.
Edit2 In the next generation Smogon will have to completely change their tiers. A gym team runs the risk of pokemon being bumped up to uber and suddenly becoming unusable. Everythings going to be a huge mess. sweatdrop

lol... I say as a guild, we could just make a thread about anythign that becomes "uber" and take votes on whether we agree or not... and then we can make a special list of "okay" ubers ninja
but as much as I like the multi-scale ability... inner focus has given me the chance to DD passed flinching before 3nodding so iono... I suppose multi-scale is ultimately better... but useless after a stealth rock... which is gonna be less rampant, as its no longer a TM and way fewer pokes have access to it now.
Though i'll have to re-breed my dragonite to get it X.X
EDIT: however it will take a while for tiers to come out, as such we can use any of the new pokes we want regardless of tiers blaugh lol.
the fact is, salamance is sooo staying uber...
Dragon dance + over confindece ability... no way he's leaving...
lets see.. I DD and raise my speed and attack, I killed your poke so now I get another 50% attack boost, my attack is so high that of course I killed the next one... oh look even more attack!
he's gonna make garchamp look like a wuss I think xd
